The Honeymoon is Over: Part Two

CHAPTER FOUR

As per her agreement with the God of War, the following day Donna planned a tutoring session with Crystal. On the way home from work, she had stopped by the local "Borders" bookstore and picked up a few tools she could use to aid her in teaching. She wondered just how difficult this task was going to be. She was sure that the blonde would show up without fail, but that was because Ares 'ordered' her to. But would she really want to learn? You can't teach someone something that they are not interested in learning. As she finished up in the check out line, she inhaled deeply and blew her bangs out of her eyes. "I guess I'm in it for the long haul," she concluded.

She got in her car and glanced at her watch. 6:20 PM. She only had 10 minutes before Crystal was supposed to be at her house. She high-tailed it and took every shortcut she knew to beat the traffic. She did not want Crystal to arrive before her. She still hadn't told Rachel anything about the recent events or about what happened in Greece with Ares and she didn't want Crystal to say anything to her about him. She parked, got out and headed up the stairs leading to the apartment building. Before she got to the door, she could hear the sound of a Harley getting louder.

She turned towards the street just in time to see Crystal pull up on a red and black 'Hog' with chrome trim. Her shoulder length wavy, blonde hair fluttered gently behind her under her black leather cap. She wore a tight, all black leather jumpsuit and knee high red boots with 3" spiked heels. The neckline was cut low and about a 1/4" inch of Crystal's red lace bra poked out along the edge. It seemed to outline her large, round breasts. For the first time Donna noticed how perky they were for being so big and undoubtedly heavy.

"Tit job, I bet," she entertained to herself. But Donna couldn't help to admire the woman's striking look. She sure could draw the attention of anyone she saw. Half the neighborhood could attest to that right now. It didn't surprise Donna that she and Ares were attracted to each other. They both had that "commanding presence" to them. They would strut tall, with their chests pushed out a little, and usually had a sly or seductive look in their eye. They were so much alike in so many ways .. . . Something clicked inside Donna's head. The words 'so much alike' echoed in her mind as she got an uneasy thought. What if that is really Ares just pretending to be Crystal? Donna couldn't be sure, but what she was sure about was that Ares wasn't going to leave her alone; even through they had an agreement. She was positive that he would try to trick her somehow, causing her to falter her end of the deal. "Okay, Ares, two can play your game," she mused. She was determined to uncover the truth now. There were too many coincidences that happened lately for him not to have a hand in it. Besides, how could a fragile thing like her have the strength to handle such a large, heavy motorcycle?

A light shined in Donna's eye and a wicked smile crossed her face. "This is WAR, Ares. You better be prepared for battle," she laughed to herself. Crystal waved enthusiastically at Donna from where she parked the bike. She headed up the stairs to join her. Donna waited, examining her closely as she approached, looking for something about her that could confirm her suspicions.

"Hi, Donna!" Crystal greeted her with a smile and a quick wink. "I guess we are going to be spending some time together for the next few months."

Donna turned to enter the building. She held the door open for Crystal.

"Yep, that's right, Crystal. I'm going to teach you all about the computer. Have you ever worked on a computer before?"

"No, sorry. I don't have any experience at all with them. I never needed to use them in my line of work."

"What kind of work is that?"

"Exotic dancing!" she said cheerfully.

I should have guessed, Donna thought to herself. "Well, you do know how to type, at least. Right?"

"Oh. . . Ah. . . Yeah, sure I can type. I'm not very good, though." She stumbled on her words, giving Donna the impression that she didn't know how to type at all.

"Well, that's a start, anyway," she smiled at her.

Three men were in the lobby waiting for the elevator and had already pushed the call button. The door opened just as Donna and Crystal approached. The men, being gentlemanly, allowed the ladies to enter first while one man held the door. Crystal was standing closest to the button panel. As one of the men entered, he said, "five, please," indicating to Crystal to push the coordinating floor button. Another spoke up and called for floor two. Donna rolled her eyes as she noticed the three men gawking at Crystal's chest. Crystal pushed the floor buttons the men had asked for, including floor three - Donna's floor.

Donna didn't say anything about it. She figured Ares probably gave Crystal the address - maybe. When the elevator stopped at floor three, they exited, Crystal first, then Donna. Apartment #314 was at the end of the long hall directly in front of them, but there were also two very short halls on each side where the doors to apartments #301 & 302 and #319 & 320 were. Usually people, who had never been there before, would have at least looked down the two halls to check for the correct apartment number. Not Crystal! She seemed to know exactly where she was going. Donna just collected the bit of information she observed. She was becoming more convinced by the moment that she was right about Crystal being Ares in disguise.

They entered her apartment. Rachel was gone. Donna was glad she didn't have to explain Crystal to her right now, since she hadn't given much thought as to what she was going to tell her. Donna led Crystal to her room. She had already cleared off her desk the night before in preparation for the lesson.

"Go ahead and have a seat at the desk, Crystal. Do you want a soda or something?"

"No, I'm alright. Thanks." Crystal looked over the PC and found the power button and turned it on.

"Okay, well I just want to change out of my work clothes and then we can get started."

Donna walked over to her closet, which was to the right of her desk, and unbuttoned her blouse. She let it fall gently off her shoulders to the floor. She reached behind her and unzipped her skirt, letting it fall as well. Crystal's eyes lit up in delight as she watched Donna strip the clothing from her body. She shifted in the chair. Donna caught her movements out of the corner of her eye and turned to look at her.

"You don't mind that I undress in front of you, do you? We're both girls!" Donna teased, laughing on the inside.

"Oh, Donna, you know I don't mind at all! Can I help you take off your bra?"

"No thanks, Crystal. We've got business to take care of. That's why you are here, right?"

"Yeah," she answered disappointedly, dropping her eyes to the floor.

Donna figured she would play it for all it was worth. She grabbed a pair of cut off shorts and a tightly knit fishnet tank top from the closet shelf, went into the bathroom and closed the door part way, to block Crystal's view. She removed her bra and underwear and put on the shorts and tank. You could just see through the holes in the fishnet of the tank if you were close enough and the shorts were cut so short that part of her round ass hung out. She looked at herself in the mirror and giggled quietly. She hadn't been in these cut off's for at least five years. Why she had kept them, she didn't know, but she was glad she did now.

"This might be a fun little game, after all," she told the image in the mirror. She reached for her most seductive smelling perfume and sprayed it between her breasts and on her wrists. She quickly fluffed her soft, curly hair and went back out to join Crystal, who was beginning to familiarize herself with the computer. Crystal had been so engulfed at the time, she didn't notice Donna re-enter the room. But as soon as the sexy smell of her perfume hit Crystal's nose, she looked up at her. Crystal's eyes widened in pleasant surprise, although she had tried not to look too excited.

"Well, that looks . . .. comfy," she commented.

"Oh, yeah. It is. So you look like you were doing pretty well for a beginner, Crystal. Why don't you show me what you figured out while I was changing? That way I can get an idea as to how much information to work with each day."

Crystal showed Donna what she had figured out in the past few minutes. For someone who didn't have any experience with a PC and supposedly danced for a living, she was sure catching on quickly. Then she remembered that Ares did say that he was going to enhance her learning abilities for this little arrangement. Perhaps he did. But Donna didn't doubt for one moment that the God of War was 'smarter than your average bear, and if she had been teaching him directly, she would expect nothing less than what Crystal was showing right now.

"You catch on quick, Crystal. We should be able to get you into some data entry and Internet surfing in a couple of weeks." Donna complimented.

"It's really not as hard as I thought. This mouse thing is really cool. No typing! I like that."

Donna grabbed a folding chair and set it up next to Crystal and took a seat. They worked side by side for the next hour or so. Donna took Crystal through the basic applications, making sure she would brush her braless chest against Crystal's arm or hand, or she would stand and lean in front of Crystal to point to something on the monitor - teasing her purposely and laughing on the inside the entire time. I wonder how long she, or he, will be able to hold out?

Soon enough, it was approaching eight o'clock. Donna stood and stretched a bit, pushing out her chest as she arched her back and yawned. Her breasts were right at Crystal's eye-level.

"Well, I guess we should call it a night. We can pick it up again tomorrow," she said, while her arms were still stretching in the air and her head was tilted back. Suddenly she felt hands cupping her tits.

"I'm all for ending the lesson, but do we have to call it a night yet?" Crystal asked, now gently massaging her luscious mounds. Donna looked at her. The blonde had a bright look in her eye and was moistening her lips as she stared at Donna's chest.

Donna grabbed each of her wrists and removed Crystal's hands from her body, setting them back at her sides.

"Crystal, I don't think that would be such a good idea. We should probably just stick to business. I don't know what Ares has told you, but it is very important to him that you learn the computer. I really only want to concentrate our energies on that. Okay?"

"But . . . but. ." Crystal began to protest.

"No, Crystal. I mean it!"

"But you look so . . . touchable!" she said with a smile, her eyes lustfully absorbing her form.

"Sorry, Crystal. Besides, I'm still not real happy about having to watch you and Ares act like rabbits in front of me. That wasn't a very nice thing to do. I know it wasn't your fault, but you were there as an active participant," Donna's eyes slightly narrowed as she spoke to the woman.

Crystal frowned. "I know, you're right. I can understand how you feel," she said regretfully. "When I was tied up, it drove me crazy to not be able to touch yy oo. . . U- -lysses" Crystal stumbled on her words, realizing that she almost gave herself away. "My captor." She looked away quickly, searching the room for something, anything to draw attention away from the subject.

"Oh, really?" Donna lifted her eyebrows up in a questioning way.

"Yeah, but let's not talk about such horrid experiences. Do you want to go to the bar and grab a drink with me?"

"No thanks. I'm too tired to go anywhere."

"Well then, I better let you get some sleep now. I'll see you tomorrow. Same time?"

"Same time!" Donna confirmed.

*****

Crystal/Ares scooted out of there as quickly as he could. He was angry with himself for almost blowing it - and on the first day, even! He was going to have to watch what he said more carefully. Donna was much too sharp a girl and would have him pegged in no time. He already knew she was suspicious of him. He had read her thoughts briefly when he first arrived, catching the tail end of a thought of doubt. He meant to probe her some more later on, but got so involved with the lesson - he had completely forgotten to do so. He would just have to watch his step.

Donna would be furious if she found out the truth, not that it mattered much to Ares. It wasn't like he had to be in the same room with her to keep his eye on her, he could do that from anywhere. But he didn't want to give up the computer lessons. He liked them. And things were progressing nicely. He would be a wiz in no time, he figured.

As the weeks went by, Ares learned more and more. Soon enough, he would know almost as much as his teacher. He hadn't realized the potential of the PC and the Internet. He would constantly be amazed at one thing or another, and then embrace it and try to apply it to his own life some way.

By this time in the game, Donna knew that Ares was posing as Crystal, although she hadn't let on about it yet. She just did her little teaching thing, making sure that she wore something irresistible or extra revealing most of the time, stripping in front of him as she changed. She always got a kick out of Ares' facial expressions, knowing she wouldn't let him touch her.

Payback's a bitch, huh, Ares! she would laugh to herself. She also made it a point to speak of Lucas often. She had been getting together with him on a regular basis now that Ares was keeping his distance. She could feel the tense body language her student gave off as she spoke of her man. It was like a well-kept jealous rage waiting to explode. It gave Donna much satisfaction to induce it, too. She could always tell when she succeeded in driving him insane with jealously. It was usually after an extremely "Lucas" absorbed conversation. Crystal would shift uncomfortably in the chair and would start to become anxious to get out of there, not wanting to hear any more of Donna's praise of another man. It was bad enough he had to keep watch over them, waiting for Donna to allow their petting to go too far - so he could swoop her out of his arms and into his own - forever.

Donna was also aware of how quickly he took to everything she was teaching. He could to do some damage with all this knowledge he had. It was only a matter of time before he would figure that out, she guessed. She wondered what kinds of wrongdoings he would be more prone to engage in. Hacking? Credit card forgery? On-line banking schemes? The list could be endless.

*****

Even though Donna was constantly aware of Ares, she managed to actually enjoy herself with Lucas. She trusted Lucas. And when she told him she really wasn't comfortable "fooling around" with him, he gracefully respected her wishes. Inside, the poor guy was disappointed, though. He desired her immensely, especially after that first evening they got together, when she had ended up a spaghetti mess. He wondered why she had a sudden change of heart. Perhaps he moved too quickly and spooked her. That was probably why she didn't see him for almost a week afterwards, he thought. He was grateful that she had decided to give him another chance. He promised himself that he wasn't going to blow it this time. He wanted her for life.

Unknowing to Lucas, Donna had to work hard at keeping her sexual desires for him under control. Whenever they were together, Lucas was always affectionate. Rubbing her back, kissing her cheek, holding hands. He loved to cuddle. It frustrated her to no end that she couldn't touch him the way she wanted to. She felt like a schoolgirl who could only date if she took her chaperone along.

*****

Lucas and Donna had been seeing each other long enough now that Luke felt comfortable in giving her a key to his house. At first she didn't want to take it, but he insisted, convincing her she should have one in case of an emergency. She finally agreed and slid it on her key ring. She never had a need to use it; any time she spent at his house was always spent together with him.

On Lucas' birthday, Donna wanted to surprise him with a special birthday dinner. She had gone shopping and arrived at his house with a couple of bags of groceries in hand and let herself in. She thought Luke would be attending business at one of his restaurants, like usual. But Lucas had received a call from his parents that morning. They were flying in to see him that afternoon. He had cut his day short so he could pick them up from the airport. Lucas had been in the shower when Donna arrived. She heard the water running, but she thought his yard sprinklers, which were running at that time, caused the sound. They were both in shock when Lucas came around the corner in to the kitchen stark naked and dripping wet.

"OH! My God, Donna, I didn't know your were here! You scared me half to death," he exclaimed. He made no move to cover his nakedness, turning it into an opportunity to try and seduce her without directly intending to. Donna was frozen, her head tilted to the side and her eyes were wide in surprise. She was looking at him out of her corners of her eyes, dropping them downward quickly to admire his partially erect cock a couple of times. He had an ample stock, and it was perfect in shape. Lucas noticed her appreciation of him and stood straighter. She began to feel a desire and yearning for him that she knew she would have to extinguish quickly, for her own good.

"I . . I'mmm s..s..sorry, Lucas. I didn't think you were home and I was going to make you a surprise birthday dinner tonight," she said blushing as she finally turned away from him. He walked to her and put his hands on her shoulders. She could feel the warmth and wetness of his body now. He stood close behind her and kissed her cheek as he began to rub her shoulders.

"You were? How thoughtful! But you will have make enough for four, my parents are flying into town today. I have to pick them up at the airport in a few hours. But I still have some time to burn," he whispered the last sentence in her ear.

Donna closed her eyes and tilted her head back to lean against him. He began to kiss her neck and then she felt his hard cock press against her rear end. She moaned, and automatically her hands moved behind her. One hand found his hip, the other reached up around his head, caressing his wet hair. That only caused Lucas to grind harder against her. She had to get out of this situation before she allowed it to go too far; but it felt so damn good and she didn't want Lucas to think she didn't enjoy his affections for her.

She turned around, finding his soft lips and engaged him in a deep kiss. She put her arms around his neck. Just before her passion almost overtook her, she broke free and gazed lovingly into his beautiful blue eyes.

"Happy Birthday, baby!"

Lucas had his arms around her waist now. He pulled her closer to him as he pushed his hips harder into her pelvis. His eyes shown the desire he had for her and he laid a lustful, wanting kiss on her. She melted into it. Her mind played visions of making love to him, touching him and him touching her. Then she suddenly heard Ares voice softly invade her mind. "Ah-ah-ah, Donna. Just a little further and you're mine!" She gasped and quickly pulled herself from Lucas. She heard Ares' laugh fading as it left her mind. Tears began to form in her eyes.

"Donna? What's wrong?" Lucas reached his hand out to caress her cheek. She turned her head and looked down at the floor.

"I. . . I can't. I can't do this, Lucas. I'm so sorry!" The tears were rapidly rolling down her face now. She grabbed her purse from the counter and ran out the back door.

"Donna, wait!" Lucas tried to catch her arm, but she had moved too quickly and was already outside. He would have gone after her if he had more than just his birthday suit on. Knowing there was no way he would reach her before she drove off, he just watched her in confusion from the window. It was clear that she was extremely upset.

"You idiot!" Lucas cursed himself. "Now look what you've done! She'll probably never come back now."

He hung his head as a depressing feeling moved through his body. He went to his room and dressed, leaving for the airport when he was done. He was bummed that his actions had driven her away. He thought that she would probably never want to see him again. As he turned the corner for LAX, he saw a billboard for a diamond store in the area. A thought came to him and he diverted his route, stopping at a small jewelry store. He wasn't giving up that easy. And if she did give him another chance, he was going to do it right this time! He entered the store, coming out after an hour with an elegant engagement ring. A ring he planned on giving to Donna the next time he saw her. He could only hope that she would accept it.

*****

Donna was balling heavily as she drove. She could barely see through her water filled eyes and wasn't paying attention to how fast she was going. It had rained a few hours earlier. Nothing to be too concerned about, but enough to make the asphalt slick from the water/oil mixture. She reached into her purse sitting in the passenger seat, looking for a tissue to wipe her eyes. As she brought it up to her face, she realized that she was right on a red light. She slammed the brake, but was going too fast to stop. And with the street being slick it caused the car to tailspin, uncontrollably. She heard another screech from a car approaching the intersection and it plowed into the driver's side door. The force of the impact sent Donna's car sliding into a streetlight and the now mangled and jagged metal that was once a car, was wrapped around it with Donna somewhere in the rubble.

She was unconscious and badly hurt. The ambulance and fire department showed up moments later. They quickly pulled her from the wreckage, concerned that the car might explode. The gas tank had been ruptured and there was fuel splattered everywhere, and on Donna. The rescue teams worked quickly and professionally, and once they had freed Donna's lifeless body, she was rushed off to the nearest hospital.

The hospital had still not been able to reach her father when she was rolled out of surgery and into the ICU recovery room. She had not awakened yet but had survived a life-threatening head injury. The doctors were unsure of the extent of the damage that may have happened. They had only saved her from dying, but would know more after she woke up - if she woke up at all.

*****

Unfortunately, Ares had not been watching Donna when she had the accident. He had been savoring in the glory of being able to cut Donna off from having fun with Lucas. Entertaining visions of her return to him, submissively obeying his orders - his desires. A smug smile was plastered on his handsome face. As he reached out with his mind to view her again, he stood abruptly and his face became flushed.

Ares had no idea what had happened to Donna. All he knew was that he was not able to find her mind any longer and it pissed him off. He thought she had finally figured out a way to block him out and now was off doing something behind his back that she wasn't supposed to be doing. He slammed his fist on the table. It broke from the force of the blow. That pissed him off even more.

"That little bitch! Just wait until I find her. She is gonna be one sorry little girl, I can guarantee that." He was pacing the living room floor in his apartment, clenching and unclenching his fists and straining his mind in an effort to try and find her.

"DAMMIT! WHERE ARE YOU?" He disappeared in a blue and white flash of light in search of her.

*****

Three days later, Donna opened her heavy-lidded eyes, moaning in pain. Her head was throbbing and the light in the room was too bright for her to see right away. After a moment of adjustment, she could make out the face of her father.

"Daddy?"

"Donna? Donna! You're awake! Nurse, nurse - she woke up!" she heard her father exclaim in excitement.

The nurse approached Donna's bed. She began to take her vital signs and asked Donna if she knew her name and where she was.

Donna knew her name and where she was but she was hazy on how she got there. The accident had happened so quickly, almost immediately knocking her out upon impact. It seemed like every part of her body hurt and she was hungry. The nurse left to inform the doctor of her progress and to arrange for some food.

Vern picked up his daughter's hand and stroked it gently. He had a relieved look on his face, but with a smile.

"You sure had me worried there, honey. I wasn't sure if you were coming back to me."

"Do you know how I got here? And what happened to me? It feels like I can barely move."

"Well don't move unless the doctor says it's okay. You wrapped your car around a light pole. It's totaled, Donna. Sorry. You banged your head up pretty good so they'll probably want to run you through a bunch of tests. To test your memory - you know, brain stuff."

"It was that bad?"

"You almost died, Donna!"

"Wow. It just doesn't seem real. How long have I been here?"

"Three days."

"Does Rachel know?"

"Rachel! Oh no! I never even thought to call her, I was so worried about you."

"Will you call her now for me, Daddy? She's probably worried sick."

"Of course, I'll be back in a minute." Vern left to make the call. The doctor arrived and asked her a series of questions, which Donna tried to answer the best she could. The doctor probed and poked her with various instruments. He gave her a shot for the pain and told Donna that she was a lucky girl since she appeared to still have all her marbles intact. But he was going to have her tested as soon as possible, to make sure there were not any hidden dangers. In the meantime, she needed to get plenty of rest. He would return to check on her tomorrow.

Vern was on his way back to the room as the doctor was leaving. They briefly talked in the hall and Donna's father smiled largely and thanked the doctor. He entered her room and announced that Rachel was coming right over.

The pain medication was beginning to work and Donna was fading in and out. Rachel arrived about 20 minutes later but was not allowed to visit Donna because she wasn't a family member. Donna could see her standing at the nurse's station. She waved at her and mouthed that she was okay. She made a motion to Rachel indicating she would call her as soon as possible. Shortly thereafter, Donna fell asleep for the night.

*****

Vern had decided to head home to get some rest himself. Now that she had awakened, he felt relieved enough to be able to get some sleep. He had just pulled the garage door shut when a motorcycle pulled in the driveway. It was Mike.

Mike jumped off his bike, pulled off his helmet and approached Vern with a smile and an outstretched hand.

"Vern, ol' buddy! How the heck ya been?" Ares noticed that Vern wasn't looking his best. The poor old guy really looked tired.

"Mike," he shook his hand. "Not the best, son. Donna had a car wreck and has been in the hospital for the past three days. I just came from there."

"No shit? I'm so sorry. Is she going to be alright?" Ares' shocked voice rang with concerned interest and his heart dropped to his stomach suddenly.

"Well, we won't know until some more tests are run, but she finally woke up today for the first time since the wreck. She seemed pretty coherent considering the head injury she has. They performed emergency surgery to save her life. She's damn lucky she's didn't end up a vegetable."

"What the hell happened?"

"She apparently ran a red light and wrapped her car around a light pole."

The two men began to walk towards Vern's door. Mike gently patted his back in a comforting gesture.

"Shit, man! Is there anything I can do for you, Vern?"

"No, I'll be all right. I just need to get some rest. It's been a long three days, you know." Vern unlocked the front door.

"Well, I'm very sorry to hear about Donna. I'll let you get some rest, now. What hospital is she at? I'd like to send her some flowers."

"She's at Valley Hospital on First Street. In the intensive care unit for now."

Ares extended his hand once again. "Please, send her my best for me and you take care of yourself as well."

"Thank you, Mike. You do the same." He turned and went into the house.

*****

Back at the apartment, Ares paced the floor. He was actually worried about Donna, noticing that he still felt his heart sitting in the pit of his gut. He got the phone book and looked up the address of the hospital, disappearing in a blue and white flash of light. He materialized outside of ICU ward, cloaked in invisibility. He searched the rooms until he finally came upon a sleeping Donna. He stood in shock, as he looked her over. She was badly beaten up, bruises and cuts all over her body. She had a big, bulky bandage wrapped around her head and her face was swollen.

Ares felt terrible ever since Vern had told him what had happened to Donna. He couldn't shake the feeling that he somehow had caused this to happen to her. He reached down and touched her hand. Focusing all his efforts on her, he healed her internal wounds. He would have healed all of her, but she would figure out that he did, so he left all the visible wounds to heal naturally. At least this way he knew she would be all right. He disappeared.

Later that night while Ares slept, his dreams spoke to him, revealing the circumstances of Donna's accident. Someone or something, with powers far greater than his own was sending him a message. He had almost caused her death and was warned about messing with her destiny. Unless he stopped playing this game of torture, it would eventually cause her die before her time and drastically change the outcome of his own destiny.

Ares shot straight up in the bed. He was soaked in sweat. Although the room was completely dark, he had briefly felt the presence of light escape just before he had opened his eyes. It was gone now, the thing that had come to warn him. What was it? An angel? Another God? He closed his eyes and silently thanked the being and took heed to it's warning. He would not overstep his bounds with Donna again. But he would still hold her to the deal; he just wouldn't fuck with her anymore. If she faltered - then it was meant to be. A deal is a deal.

CHAPTER FIVE

About a week had passed and Donna was moved out of ICU to a private room. Rachel and Michelle were visiting, getting filled in on all the details of the accident.

"Don, I see how it happened, but what I don't understand is what made you so upset to begin with?" Michelle stared in Donna 's still slightly swollen face.

Donna looked away and after pausing briefly she answered, "I don't know. I can't remember."

"Lucas says it was his fault. That he upset you, causing you to leave abruptly. But that's all he said. Can you remember what happened with Lucas before you left?" Rachel asked.

Donna's mind replayed the scene in the kitchen. She knew exactly what happened and he was not to blame for upsetting her. He was only being his loving self. She felt the heat rushing to her cheeks as she remembered Ares' words of warning, while she had stood in Lucas' arms that day.

"He thinks this is his fault? He didn't do anything wrong."

"Then what had you so upset?"

"I told you I can't remember. Everything is kind of a blur." Donna wished she had never mentioned that she had been crying in the car. She had absently just blurted out whatever details she could remember at the time, without thinking about trying to conceal Ares involvement in all of this. A nurse entered the room.

"I'm sorry ladies, but you will have to go. We have to take Miss Clark to the lab for some more tests. You can come back later this afternoon." The nurse checked the monitor next to Donna's bed.

"Okay. Well Don, we're sure glad you're doing better. Pete says to send his wishes for a speedy recovery." Michelle said as she stood to leave.

Rachel stood as well. "I'll come back later with the things you want from home, Donna. Now you be good and do everything the doctor tell you to." She waved her finger up and down at Donna.

"Bye, guys! Thanks for coming."

Before Rachel left the room, she stopped and turned back to Donna.

"Oh, and by the way, that Crystal lady came by. She said to send her best and she hoped you would be out soon. She said she missed having her lessons as well as your company. She's one trippy chick, Donna."

"I know, Rachel. But I'm doing a favor for a friend by helping her out." Donna explained. "She won't be hanging out much longer, we're almost done with the tutoring."

*****

Donna had many visitors during the next few days. He father and friends, some people from work, but she hadn't seen a tail's hair from Ares. She knew he was aware of what happened when Rachel had mentioned she spoke to Crystal.

Although Lucas had come by twice already, Donna had yet to speak with him. She was asleep the first time, and he didn't want to wake her. The second time he arrived as they wheeled her out for another series of tests. The doctors wanted to test her a second time since her last test results came out showing a clean bill of health. They thought that someone in lab processing had mistakenly mixed up her results with someone else. They didn't believe that her internal injuries could have healed that quickly. Again Lucas left without being able to talk to her.

Just around dinner time that evening, Lucas came back. Donna's face lit up when he entered the room. She held out her arms to him, letting him know that she wanted a hug. He gently embraced her.

"Oh, Donna. I am so sorry for upsetting you. This is all my fault." His eyes were glazed from the tears he was suppressing. He was so relieved to see her again.

"What are you talking about, Lucas? You didn't cause me to crash my car."

"I know, but I upset you and you left in such a hurry. I still think if I hadn't of don. . ."

Donna cut him off, putting two fingers over his lips. "Ssshhhh. Now that's just nonsense." She kissed him softly. "This was NOT your fault. I didn't see the light turn red. I was fishing for something in my purse at the time." Donna didn't tell Lucas that she was crying and hoped Rachel had not either. "It was my own fault for not paying attention. It could have happened to anyone."

"But it didn't, it happened to you, Donna. We could have lost you. I don't know what I would have done if that happened." She kissed him again and rested her arms around his neck.

"Well you didn't lose me. I'm still here, alive and kicking. Now please, Lucas, promise me you won't keep blaming yourself for this. I'm going to be fine. And I'm not upset with you. I should apologize to you for running out on you like that. I don't know what came over me. I think it was the surprise of your parents arrival."

"I thought you liked my parents?"

"I do! I guess I was a bit bummed cause it threw a monkey wrench in my dinner plans." Donna made a convincing story, and although Lucas didn't believe it, he did believe she did not blamed him in any way whatsoever. He hugged her again and kissed her cheek.

"Donna, I have something to ask you, something important. You don't have to answer now, but if I don't say anything, it will drive me crazy." Lucas looked at her seriously. He stood and reached into his pocket and pulled out a small velvet box. He got down on one knee at the side of Donna's bed and held it out in front of her. Just then a blonde woman appeared in the doorway. Lucas didn't notice Crystal standing there, but Donna had, although she pretended she had not.

He opened the box that held the beautiful diamond engagement ring, as he said the words.

"Donna, would you please be my wife? Will you marry me?" They both turned to look at Crystal when she gasped in shock.

"Who are you? Do I know you?" Donna toyed, feeling slightly upset that Ares had managed to interrupt another one of her private moments.

"I'm Crystal, Donna! Don't you know who I am?"

"I'm sorry, Miss . . Crystal, but you don't look familiar at all." Donna's eyes turned back to the ring in front of her and a smile crossed her face. "Will you put it on me, Lucas?" she said excitedly. Briefly turning her head back towards Crystal "Could please excuse us. . . "

Crystal slowly backed out of the room, looking as if her entire world was falling apart around her. It was. Ares couldn't believe what he just heard. That man, . . . that Lucas fellow had just proposed to his woman. And to top it all off - she didn't even remember who he was! He stood a distance away and watched Lucas put the ring on Donna's finger. They hugged tightly, he kissed her and both joy and laughter filled the small hospital room. He had to do something - soon. But what? He remembered the warning from his dream about screwing with her destiny. For the first time in his long, long life, Ares felt completely helpless. He had to find a way to stop this without altering destiny. It seemed impossible at the moment, but he would not accept defeat. Nobody defeats the God of War. No one!

*****

Donna was released from the hospital after another week with a clean bill of health. All of her doctors were astounded by her speedy recovery. You would have never known that she had been in an accident two weeks ago if it wasn't for the cuts and bruises that were still visible on her. She was excited about going home. Her dad had picked her up and helped her upstairs with her things. She opened the door and immediately stepped back again. She was startled when the small gathering of friends inside yelled out "SURPRISE" when she entered. It was a surprise "Welcome Home / Congratulations" party for her return home and for her engagement to Lucas.

Once she got over the sudden shock, she joyfully went around the room to her friends and co-workers, giving them hugs and kisses and thanking them for all the cards and flowers that had shown up during her stay in the hospital. Rachel had also invited Crystal to the party. She quietly watched Donna move from person to person, although she hadn't made it over to her part of the room yet. She had found Lucas and they were standing together talking to another couple. Ares grit his teeth together as he watched Lucas encircle his arms around Donna from the back. Ares got so upset he accidentally broke the glass he held by squeezing it too tightly.

"OH!" Crystal cried as the party punch splashed all over her dress.

"Are you alright?" a man asked.

"Oh my, looks like I had a cracked glass and it broke." The man was soaking up the punch from the floor with a napkin. Rachel approached.

"Crystal, what happened?"

"Just a little accident. My glass broke. It must have been cracked."

"Your dress - it will stain." Rachel noted. Donna walked up to the group.

"What all the chatter about?"

"Crystal spilled her punch. Her dress will be ruined if she doesn't get it into water right away." Rachel was now helping the man clean up the mess. She continued.

"I don't think any of my clothes will fit her, Donna. I'm sure you could find her something to change in to, right?" Crystal's body size was much closer to Donna's voluptuous shape than Rachel's thin, lank one.

Donna's eyes fell over Crystal's form. "Yeah, I'm sure I have something you could wear." She grabbed Crystal's hand and led her down the hall towards her room. "Come on. We'll get you fixed up in no time."

Donna closed the door once the two girls were in her bedroom. She walked over to her closet and found a pair of sweat pants and a tee shirt. "So are you a friend of Rachel's?" she asked while fumbling through her clothes. She wanted to see how long she could fool Ares into thinking that she didn't remember him.

"NO - Donna! You mean you really don't remember me?" Crystal's voice sounded upset and cracked as she spoke.

Donna turned from the closet, holding the sweats and tee and looked at her. "No, should I? Where do I know you from?"

"From here, right here. You've been teaching me how to use the computer for the last six months or so. We meet here every day, except weekends. I can't believe you don't remember." Crystal hung her head slightly and her lips were pouty, looking like her feelings were hurt.

"I'm sorry, maybe it will come back to me still. I keep remembering new things every day. The doctors said that it could be like that for awhile. And I may never get all of my memories back." Donna smiled inwardly, amazed at how quickly she came up with that fabrication. Although it was partly based on truth, but the doctors never concluded she had any loss of memory.

"Well, how about Ares? Does that name mean anything to you?"

"Who? Aries? Isn't that a zodiac sign?"

"Not that Aries. ARES, the Greek God of War!" Crystal sounded slightly insulted by Donna's interpretation.

Donna stood there for a moment pretending to be deep in thought. She looked at Crystal again, drawing her eyebrows together in a questioning expression. "Where do I know this Ares' from?"

"From Greece!"

"Greece?" she laughed. "I've never been to Greece. I think you must be confusing me with someone else."

"No - I'm not. You went to Greece on vacation about a year and a half ago. It was supposed to be your honeymoon, but you didn't get married. You don't remember that either?"

"Yes, I remember William, my ex-fiancée. But I don't remember planning a honeymoon to Greece. Are you sure?"

"YES!" Donna had clearly caused Crystal to become agitated and frustrated. She had begun to pace the floor. Turmoil shown in her face.

Donna took one good look at her and started laughing hysterically. She headed for the door, throwing the clothes she still held at Crystal as she passed her.

"Here Ares, change your clothes and get out! Tell everyone you need to take care of your dress and be sure to thank Rachel for inviting you." She opened the door but paused before leaving. Without looking back she continued. "And Ares, don't come back. I believe I could argue this as a breech of contract, but I'm not going to. I will be married to Lucas soon enough and you will not have a claim on me any longer." She closed the door upon exiting.

Ares was livid. He really thought that she didn't remember him. She had been faking it the entire time. He was pissed that she could fool him that easily. And then to rub her engagement in his face like that, he was just beside himself, but he also smiled oddly. At least she remembered him. That meant he still had a chance. She still was bound to the deal they made until she got hitched. Although there was truth in her accusation of him not keeping his word. He wondered how long she had known that it was really him disguised as Crystal.

His mind was spinning with a thousand questions as he slid the sweats on. He pulled the tee shirt over his head and before leaving, he waved his hand and a note appeared on her desk. He left the room and shortly thereafter, left the party.

Donna breathed a sigh of relief when he was gone. She was feeling uneasy since she told him she knew who he was and what he had been doing. Lucas had his arms around her again. She snuggled up to his shoulder and rested her head. She was pretty tired from all the excitement. Lucas stroked her head gently.

"Hey, Babe, maybe you should turn in. You had enough socializing for a day. I want to be sure you are feeling one hundred percent when you walk down the aisle." Lucas' concern for her was comforting. She agreed and kissed him on the lips and whispered good night in his ear. She announced to the remaining guests that she really needed to turn in and get some rest and bid them all farewell as she turned down the hall.

Donna undressed and got into her flannel pajamas. It was cold at night and the jammies were soft and warm. They always brought back childhood memories. Flannel sheets had been a favorite of her mothers. She remembered how nice they felt after just being washed. Her mom would sprinkle baby powder inside her freshly made bed, which added to the soft feeling and makes it smell sweet too. She wished her mother could be here to see her get married.

As she walked around the bed to get in, she noticed the note on her desk. She picked it up and started to read it. It was from Ares. He was requesting that they meet once again - to talk. He would pick her up immediately and before she could set down the note a flash of light surrounded her and she disappeared.

*****

Ares arrived home annoyed, still angry with Donna and especially with Lucas. He wanted nothing better than to wipe the insignificant mortal male from the face of the earth. Suddenly, an extremely bright light blinded him and he knew instantly that it was the same presence that had visited his dreams. He bowed his head in respect to the great power. It spoke wordlessly to him and then disappeared quickly, not leaving Ares a chance to ask even one question.

He had been warned again not to mess with Donna's destiny. What was happening in her life was already written and he must not interfere or it would affect his own destiny. It revealed to him that they would be as one, but not until Donna went through a traumatic event in her life. She had to figure out which path was written for her to follow. Nothing more was revealed to Ares.

Ares closed his eyes in frustration. He didn't want to wait for Donna to figure out that she was supposed to be with him. He wanted her now! He also knew that he didn't have much control over his desire for her. And this marriage thing, what about that? He finally came to the conclusion that if he didn't get out of town, and away from her, he would not be able to leave her alone. He figured that he would go back to Greece to continue his temple preparations, as he had started before leaving to chase Donna half way around the world.

But the note he left, he had designed it to automatically transport her to him when she read it. When he had left it - he had been angry and had other plans for her at the time. But now that he had been enlightened, he couldn't follow through with those plans.

A wicked smile crossed his face as he figured out how he would play this one last scene with her before departing for Greece. He knew he really shouldn't, but he just couldn't help himself. Really, he wasn't doing anything to interfere with the path she currently was heading down. He just wanted to tell her good-bye. He laughed, praising his utter genius.

*****

Donna arrived screaming insults at the God as she materialized in Ares apartment.

". . . JERK! NOW WHO IS THE LIAR? YOU SAID I WOULDN'T HAVE TO. . "

Ares ignored her outbursts. "Oh, I see you read my note."

". . .SEE YOU ANYMORE. HOW DARE YOU WHIRL ME AWAY LIKE THIS. PUT ME BACK."

"I will, soon."

"WHEN?"

"I just want to talk for a moment."

"NO - NOW!"

"Will you please calm down a minute? Honestly, Donna, you shouldn't be getting so worked up so soon after your accident. You're still weak, ya know!" He walked over to her and touched his hand to her cheek. She slapped it away.

"Don't touch me!" She glared at him.

Ares looked away from her and down at the floor with a frown on his beautiful face. The fire he usually had in his eyes was nothing but a smoldering pile of ash now. Donna noticed, giving her the impression that something was bothering him. She stopped yelling at him, but refused to show her sudden concern for him.

"I just wanted to say that I was sorry, Donna. Sorry for pretending to be Crystal. I knew you didn't want to be with me and I just wanted to be close to you." His voice was low and apologetic and he really sounded sincere. He was playing this one, but good. He wouldn't look at her, though. He just continued to stare at the floor and casually kicked a foot at an imaginary target.

Donna knew better not to believe a word he said. He'd say or do anything to get what he wanted. But she still couldn't help how her heart felt for him. She strangely wanted to reach out and comfort him. Take him in her arms and assure him that everything would be all right. She listened attentively to him as he continued his confession.

"I. I," he stumbled, looking for the right words to say. "And I'm sorry for all the things I did to you. It wasn't right for me to treat you like that. You could have walked away and left me to die in Greece, but you didn't. I owe my life to you and I wanted you to know that I realize that now. I want to thank you for that. And I want you to know that I promise not to interfere in your life any more. I know you probably don't believe me, but I mean it this time. Really."

Donna couldn't believe what she heard. It had to be a trick or some kind. The God of War isn't capable of emotions like this, is he? She was so taken back, that she was unable to respond.

"I just wanted to see you once more before I went home. I decided that since you are going to be married soon, there is really no reason for me to stay here anymore. We will always have a special bond, Donna. I can't do anything about that or I would. I would release you so that you could have the kind of life you deserve. But I had to see you again before I left. I wanted you to know that I was sorry,"

Donna stared at him with a blank expression. He was so confusing. She wasn't sure if she wanted to slap him or kiss him.

"Why should I believe you, Ares?"

"You shouldn't, I guess. And I don't blame you. But this time I really mean what I say. I won't bother you again - I swear!"

Donna walked up to him and took his chin in her hand and turned his head to look her directly in the face. He had sadness in his eyes and his skin felt slightly cold to her touch, like the flame that burned in his heart had been extinguished.

"Tell me again, Ares. Look me in the eye when you say it." She still wasn't sure if she should believe him. Not that he couldn't fool her anyway, but for some reason, she thought it would be harder for him to lie to her if he had to look her in the eye.

Ares rested a hand on each of her shoulders. "I'm sorry for the way I've treated you, Donna. And I promise that I will not interfere with your life anymore. I will leave you alone. I want you to be happy, Donna. And since I can't be the one who does that, I'm going back to Greece."

She let go of his chin and silently stared at him as her mind took in the sights and sounds of the God's words and reactions, trying to come to a conclusion on whether or not to believe him.

"I wanted to return something to you before I left." Ares turned and went into the bedroom. Donna walked into the kitchen to get a glass of water. She noticed an unfinished, hand written note on the counter next to where he had been standing when she arrived. She read it quickly. It was to the apartment manager, informing him that he was sorry for leaving so abruptly, but here was next months rent money anyway; this way he was still giving the manager 30 days to find a new occupant. Donna swallowed dryly. Now she really did believe what he was telling her.

Ares came back from the bedroom. "Here, I think you should have this back." He opened his hand and there was the silver and black necklace with the Greek symbol "A" attached, the one Donna had given him in Greece. "I haven't worn it for some time, now."

"Why?"

"A couple of reasons. One - it reminds me too much of you and two - I thought it meant something more than it did. I can't bear to put it around my neck anymore. Please, just take it back."

"No, Ares! It belongs to you. I got it for you."

"I don't want it," he said sternly. Ares forced it into her palm and closed her fingers around it. He didn't let go, holding her hand tightly closed. "It used to be a representation of your love for me, but that's not how it is any more." He looked into her face with seriousness and then closed his eyes for a few seconds to make her believe that his feelings had been hurt. With his godly powers, he made his eyes tear up. "It will only remind me of what I've lost."

He let go of her hand and opened his eyes. She saw that they were wet and glossy now. He quickly grabbed her face with gentleness and leaned in to capture her lips. He kissed her for a long moment and she let him. When he finally broke away from her he whispered goodbye as she disappeared from between his arms. She was back in her room again.

She sat on her bed in a numb shock. That kiss held everything. For the first time since she had freed him from his endless sleep, she felt his heart. She felt him and everything that the God of War was. He did not hide anything from her during that kiss, like she had done so many times in the past with him.

She knew he was serious about going back to Greece. She knew he had just told her he loved her in his strange way and that he loved her enough to let her go. She looked down at the necklace in her hands as the tears silently flowed down her face and landed on the pendant.

Back in his apartment, Ares was howling with laughter. He really had her going, he thought to himself. It serves her right for fooling him earlier.

CHAPTER SIX

Ares had done as he said and went back to Greece, leaving Donna to live her life with Lucas. At first, she had been a bit disturbed by the entire situation. She wondered why Ares did not want to pursue her any longer. Even though his constant persistence was irritating and frustrating, she found now that she actually missed him. He used to keep her on her toes. And he was no eyesore to look at either! If it had not have been for her upcoming wedding, she may have slipped back into that same depressing routine she was in when she had got back from Greece, before Lucas and Ares had shown back up in her life again. Now, she and Rachel and Michelle were much too busy planning all the details for the event. The wedding was only six months away.

Other than the busy schedule of dress fittings, invitations, etc., life was pretty uneventful. She and Lucas saw each other about two or three times a week, even if it was only for an hour or so. One of the restaurants was doing an exceptional business and Lucas was spending a lot of his time there. Donna was actually grateful they were not able to spend more time together. She knew Ares was gone, but she didn't know if he was still planning on holding her to "the deal" they made about her sleeping with someone else. She wasn't going to take the chance to find out. But sex didn't seem to matter as much to her anymore. It made her wonder why that was so. Maybe it was because she was so stubborn when it came to Ares and his demands. Like a rebellious teenager, always wanting to do the exact opposite of what he wanted her to do. But now that he was gone, so was the challenge. It was for the best, she thought. As the time passed and the wedding drew near, Donna's thoughts about Ares became fewer and fewer.

Lucas' best man and friend of ten years, Robert, had planned to throw a bachelor party for Lucas at his Italian restaurant on the pier. On the same note, Rachel and Michelle had also planned something for Donna's party. Not your typical wedding shower, that was much too boring for the girls. Instead, they planned to take Donna out in a limousine to Hollywood's famous "Chip-N-Dale's" nightclub. They figured a night with some hunky male exotic dancers was just the right way to send her off into her new life of monogamy.

*****

Back in Greece, Ares occasionally had kept his watch over Donna through the viewing mirror. He tried not to use it too often because every time he had, his thoughts would become obsessed with Donna for the next few days. He had to really fight the urge to keep his distance from her. He was sure that she would find her way back to him before she married that useless mortal of hers. But the closer the wedding got, the more anxious he became.

About a month before the nuptials, Ares was eavesdropping again, but Donna was not at the apartment. Instead, he happened upon a conversation that Rachel and Michelle were having about taking Donna to see the male dancers. The event was to happen in two weeks. They had already rented the limo and had reserved the front row section at the club. He watched the girls as they laughed at how Donna was going to be so surprised at their little plan. Obviously, she had no idea what was to take place. A few moments later, Donna came home.

Ares gasped at the sight of her. She looked so lovely, so delicious! His desire for her at that moment was overwhelming. He felt his cock stiffening and he shifted in his chair to relieve the pressure he felt against his leather pants. How much longer was he supposed to wait? He couldn't keep denying himself like this. And the wedding was only a few weeks away. What if she really went through with it? Frustrated and angry, he shot a fireball into the mirror, shattering it into a million pieces.

The sight of Donna had stimulated him so badly that even after he jerked off, he was still unsatisfied.

"To Tartarus with this," he yelled. "I don't care if I'm not supposed to interfere with her supposed path. I am just going to have to point her in the right direction."

He began pacing the floor trying to think of how he was going to approach this situation. He was determined to keep her from marrying that mortal dweeb. He thought she would have blown her end of the deal by now, but that hadn't happened. Then a seductive smile found his luscious full lips as an idea crossed his mind. He knew exactly what to do.

*****

It happened that both Lucas' bachelor party and Donna's "wedding shower" were planned for the same evening. The girls had told Donna to get ready for a night on the town although they still withheld the information as to just where they were taking her. A few days earlier, Rachel had taken Donna shopping for a new outfit for the celebration as part of her present to her. They decided on a short & sexy, tight fitting black dress. It had spaghetti string straps that connected behind the neck and two more that criss-crossed just below the center of her back, leaving almost her entire back exposed. It fit Donna perfectly, but if she had been any bigger busted, she would not have got it, since wearing a bra was out of the question. Donna, who was generally more modest than most women, had also bought a loose fitting silk shirt to cover the backless dress. The silk was a gorgeous design of red and black, with silver threaded accents sewn throughout the design. It complimented the dress and it made Donna feel better about wearing it out in public.

The night of the festivities had finally arrived and Rachel and Michelle were wound up and ready to go. Donna and Rachel looked pretty hot in their short dresses, although Michelle, who was married to Pete now and the new mother of a lovely little girl named Priscilla, was wearing a burgundy colored, two piece silk pant suit. The blouse of the outfit was unbuttoned enough to expose just enough of her pregnancy-engorged breasts. She liked to show them off some, since she had always felt cheated when it came to that part of her body. The limo pulled up in front of the apartment and the girls took off for Hollywood.

*****

Down at the restaurant on the pier, Lucas, Robert, and a group of their buddies were beginning to gather in the private banquet room. Robert had arranged for all the usual things you would find at a bachelor party: porno flicks, food, a poker game, plenty of booze, and, of course, the hooker/stripper, who wasn't scheduled to arrive until much later on.

The beers and mixed drinks began to flow around the poker table. There was a large cloud of cigar smoke lingering in the room and an adequate buffet table set up against one wall. Laughter filled the air, as did the sound of the player chips being tossed in to the center of the "kitty".

After a few hours, the lights suddenly went out and movies began. Most of the men were pretty buzzed by now, including Lucas, and they all started to howl at the sight of the nude women on the large screen. Lucas couldn't keep his eyes away from the sight of two women sucking some guy's cock.

*****

Donna almost turned the same shade of red as the color in her silk cover-up as soon as she saw where the limo stopped.

"You guys!" she blushed. "Please tell me this is not where we're going. You know how easily embarrassed I get."

"Oh come on, Donna, it's going to be ALL women in there - except for the dancers, of course." Rachel raised her eyebrows up and down, teasing Donna.

"Yeah, Don. Besides, I didn't get to do anything like this before Pete and I got married. So I'm gonna do it now, with you. It's gonna be a blast, you'll see!"

The driver opened the limo door for the ladies and they exited the vehicle, drawing smiles from the many curious onlookers. They enjoyed the attention, making them feel like they were celebrities. They entered the club and Rachel spoke to the host, informing them of who they were. He showed them to their section down in the front row - center stage. No men, other than the club's employees were allowed in the before the show and there was still about 45 minutes before it was supposed to begin. Michelle excused herself and returned moments later with three shot glasses of tequila, some salt, and a handful of cut lime pieces. She set everything down and walked back to the bar to get the three beers she had also ordered. They had already enjoyed a couple of beers in the limo on the way, which they had stopped to buy, since the girls had not been able to afford to pay extra for a fully stocked bar. Michelle took her seat and licked and salted the back of her hand then picked up one of the tequila shots, motioning the other two to do the same. Donna and Rachel followed suit.

"Okay, here we are! Let's toast to Donna and her man: May you be forever happy - just like me and Pete!" She smugly smiled, not being able to help throwing in that last part.

The girls licked the salt from their hands and threw the gold liquid down their throats, each making a sour face as they did so. Rachel was the first one to grab a lime and start sucking on it. Her face turned even sourer then!

"Yyoouzzzaa, that was gross! Wanna do another?" Rachel asked.

"Sure, why not?" Donna popped up, already feeling a buzz coming on from the beer she drank in the limo.

"Okay then, my turn to buy," Rachel said getting up from the table.

Donna and Michelle sat there a moment silently. They scoped the place, watching all the pretty women trying to pick up on the bartenders and waiters. Donna was rubbing the pendant around her neck, which for the most part, had been kept hidden by the silk shirt she had on.

"Donna, what's that around your neck?"

"Huh? What?"

"Let me see the necklace you are wearing. That chain is so unusual. Is that leather braided in?"

"Oh, yeah." Donna answered, looking down at the pendant in-between her fingers.

"Where did you find that? It could almost be a man's piece."

"It is! It actually belongs to a frie . . . someone I know, but haven't seen for awhile. I'm hoping I'll see him again one day and be able to return it to him."

"Who? Why don't you just call him?"

"I can't. I don't know how to get a hold of him."

"Get a hold of who, Donna?" Rachel appeared at the table holding three more shots. She set them on the table.

"Just a guy I met. It was a long time ago."

"Look at her necklace, Rach. It's really different."

Rachel bent down and took the pendant in her hand. "Isn't that some kind of Greek symbol?"

"Uh huh, it stands for the letter "A" in the Greek alphabet," Donna responded, pretending like she was only half interested in the questions the girls were asking her. She didn't want to have to explain anything about Greece or Ares or anything else.

"It's cool looking. Kinda big for you though. Why did you choose to wear it tonight?" Rachel asked as she released the pendant.

Donna picked it up again and rubbed it between her fingers. "Oh, I don't know. I guess I was just thinking about the guy it belongs to . . ... Hey! Check out THAT guy!" She was trying to change the subject. She didn't want to answer any more questions.

"Whoa. What a bod!" Rachel's eyes were practically falling out of her head. They would have matched her tongue, which was already doing that. "I wonder if he's one of the dancers?"

"Come on, ladies. Drink up!" Michelle ordered.

After a total of four tequila shots later and starting their second beer, the show finally was about to begin.

*****

The crowds of howling women got louder and wilder as the first dancer began to remove his clothing. He started off being dressed as G.I. Joe, doing an almost military looking dance intro. Now he was down to a leopard print G-sting and collecting bills in the elastic leg and waist bands from the many women who were waiving them at him.

The next dancer, a German guy named Rolf, was putting the final touches on his face in a small private dressing room when he saw a flash of blue and white light in the mirror's reflection. His mouth opened in shock as he stared into the face of a man dressed from head to toe in black leather.

"W. . wh. . Who are you?" Rolf asked as his entire body began to shake in fear.

"I'm your replacement!" Ares answered. He pointed a finger at him and wiggled it slightly. A small trail of blue electricity left the tip and found it's way to Rolf. Ares laughed evilly as Rolf began to shrink in size and eventually turned into a mouse. He squeaked off behind the dressing table.

Ares looked at the costumes hanging on the rack beside him and one grabbed his attention. A cop's outfit. With a thought it disappeared from the rack and appeared on his body. He looked in the mirror and thought for a moment. Then he shortened his hair a little and changed its color to a lighter brown and fastened it in a ponytail. He removed his beard, changed his eye color to deep blue and lighted his skin tone from deep bronze to a rich golden tan. He trimmed down his body mass slightly and made his shoulders a bit broader. Just then someone walked in.

"Rolf, you're on in three. Hey, who are you and where is Rolf?" the man asked.

Ares quickly changed how his voice normally sounded and gave himself a Spanish accent.

"I am Rodrigo! Rolf is sick."

"You're not a regular replacement. Do you know the routine?"

"But of course!"

"Well, no time to get another dancer. I guess you're gonna go on. Remember, don't spend too much time collecting tips and stick to the dancing. Okay?"

Rodrigo nodded and put on a pair of sunglasses. He followed the man out of the room and towards the stage, pausing momentarily so the guy could inform the announcer and the stagehand of the name and character change. He led Rodrigo to a ladder.

"Okay, officer, up you go. We're going to lower you down in a jail cell."

Without hesitation, Ares hopped up and got into the cage. Immediately the music started blaring and he began his descent onto the stage below. He was really looking forward to this. And to Donna.

*****

He was announced as he was lowered:

"LADIES, LADIES, PLEASE. DON'T BREAK THE LAW, NO INDECENT EXPOSURE IN THE CLUB OR YOU MIGHT JUST GET ARRESTED BY OFFICER ROD RIGO"

Ares smiled, recognizing the music right away. It was the theme song to one of his favorite shows: Cops. "Oh, this is going to be fun!" he thought.

"BAD BOYS - BAD BOYS. WHAT'CHA GONNA DO? WHAT'CHA GONNA DO WHEN THEY COME FOR YOU? BAD BOYS - BAD BOYS."

He was standing a couple of steps away from the side and was casually leaning back against the bars with his arms crossed. His chin was pointed down as he pierced through the mask of his sunglasses, finding Donna instantly. The light blue cap that matched his uniform-styled shirt was tilted forward on his head. Ares felt a sudden surge of energy when the female audience started screaming and whistling at the first sight of him. He was getting as excited as they were.

Rachel had been talking in Donna's ear about going to get another round of tequila when the cage was first lowered down. As soon as Rachel finished her sentence, Donna could feel eyes upon her. She looked up and saw the dancer. Donna's heart fluttered and she gasped quickly when she saw him, but she didn't even notice she had, already taken in by the man's presence.

Michelle noticed Donna's immediate attention to the dancer and smiled. She planned to take full advantage of Donna's attraction to him and started to get bills out of her purse, ready to draw him to the table when the time came.

Officer Rod was wiggling his hips and flexing his muscles, but was still inside the cage. He would hang on to the bars and stick out his tight ass, making large circles in the air. The women hollered and he would feel another surge of energy. He realized why it felt so strong, pulsing through him in waves. It was sexual energy. The women were dripping with it. He shook his ass again. They screamed again.

"Now, this is what I call WORSHIP!" he cooed to himself.

Donna removed her silk shirt for the first time that night when she was suddenly feeling extremely hot. This guy was good, she thought. Really good! As the jail cell door sprung open, she got a hot flash and unconsciously fanned herself with the square cocktail napkin. She knew coming out of the cage meant he would be closer and it excited her. She noticed Rachel set down the shot glasses and that Michelle had pulled her arm to say something in her ear, but quickly turned her attention back to the gorgeous man in front of her.

At first, Ares thought it would be difficult to keep shifting his attention to the other women, but he was being praised by so many of them, calling for his attentions, he couldn't help but be drawn to them. Their lustful cries for him were strangely feeding his soul. He remembered how it felt to be a GOD and it was feeling DAMN GOOD!

He exited the cage and slowly removed his sunglasses and tossed them into the crowd. The girls screamed again as he began to circle his way around the room, beginning opposite of where Donna was sitting. He had not removed any clothing yet, still only dancing along the edge of the stage floor. He would briefly pause now and then to tease a girl and made sure to pause at Donna's table.

When he reached her, he stopped and turned his back to her, wriggling his ass from side to side with the beat of the music. Donna turned eight shades of red and she could feel her heart beating heavily in her chest. Her face felt flushed and she waved the flimsy napkin even more frantically. Without turning back around, he continued his dance around the stage.

Dancing back to the middle in front of the cage, he removed his hat and tossed it. Then, while he twirled around, he removed the band that held his hair in a ponytail, and the gorgeous brown hair fell forward and framed his beautiful face. The crowd roared again and he felt another surge. He started to think they might overwhelm him when he undid the first button of the police shirt. He undid a second one, making some of his thick chest hair visible where it opened.

Donna was mesmerized, never once breaking her glance. Ares could feel her eyes pinned to him. He probed her mind and gloated. She was anxious to see him strip. This was good to know. He could use it later when he approached her after the dance. Then a sexy but wicked smile crossed his face when he heard the DJ mixing some siren and police radio sounds in with the 'Bad Boys' tune. The radio calls enacted a large bust of hookers. That's when he moved behind the cage, out of the sight of the crowd, and used his powers to materialize an exaggerated pair of large foam handcuffs.

With a series of steps and turns, he walked along the edge of the audience again until he reached Donna. He stopped, looking her dead in the eyes and pointed at her. He crocked his finger back, motioning her to come to him. Her eyes got wide and she shook her head no as she watched him dangling the cuffs with one hand. He nodded yes, as if he were insisting. Both Michelle and Rachel were practically pushing her out of her seat and towards the stage. She tried to resist, but Officer Rod moved to her and caught her wrist, directing her around her table and to the aisle where there was an opening leading out to the floor.

The moment he touched her she gave in. The feel of his hand around her wrist was warm and it tingled, sending shivers all the way down her body. She thought that maybe she was just feeling the tequila. Once she was in front of him, he gently put the arm he held behind her back and reached for the other to do the same. When his hand brushed against the bare skin of her back, he felt his cock twinge. He quickly looked her over from the rear and was turned on by how sexy she was dressed. He wanted her badly. He walked her over to the cage door and turned around, backing only himself inside. Then he moved Donna to the side a couple of steps so that she was outside the cage and he was inside directly behind her. He magically attached the handcuffs to her wrists and then to the bars. They were not real restraints, but she stayed put anyway. She could have easily slipped her hands out, but he knew she would play along with the show.

Officer Rod stayed in the cage behind her. He danced up and down the bars with thrusting hips and waving hands. He opened another two buttons on the shirt. Donna was completely embarrassed and her face thoroughly showed it. She could feel him moving behind her, but she couldn't see him. She could only imagine what he looked to be doing to her backside.

The Officer was just re-emerging from the cage when the song ended and another began playing. Rod ripped his shirt off the rest of the way upon the first two rapid beats of Elvis' "Jailhouse Rock". Another surge pulsed through him and he danced his way over to a loud group of young girls, taunting them with his hard body.

He moved around the room once again, absorbing all the praise he was receiving and nearly forgetting that Donna was playfully handcuffed to the bars of the jail. When he was done teasing all of the ladies, he whirled around and eyed Donna, smiling wickedly. He began a seductive dance that brought him closer to her and he stopped directly in front of her. He moved about her, from one side to the other, in a way so sexy that he had her wanting to rip the last of his clothes off herself. He moved to her front again and straddled her body with his arms and spread his legs, his face was inches from hers. It was not until then when he finally noticed the necklace she had on. His necklace! He quickly and gracefully moved away from her, feeling the overwhelming urge to kiss her tender lips. Now he knew she had been thinking about him in his recent absence and it pleased him immensely.

After stepping a few feet away from her, he grabbed his dark blue costume pants, which were Velcroed up each side for easy removal, and ripped them from his lower body just as the music heightened, adding to the effect. He almost buckled when the crowd roared the loudest they had since he started dancing. Now the only thing he was clad with was a tight black leather G-string. He danced back over to Donna and with his back turned to her; he practically rubbed his ass against her - teasing her terribly. He moved to the inside of the cage again and then freed her hands. She turned around quickly, each hand holding on to a bar at head level. She stared the handsome man dead in the eyes with a slight smirk on her face. He grabbed the bars next to hers from where he was and slowly rocked his hips and bent at the knees, sliding his hands down the length of the bars. She followed his lead, mimicking his exact move. Before she had straightened out again, he was outside of the cage and had grabbed her wrists again. He danced her back to her table and motioned with his hand to the rest of the audience; as if to say, "Give this young woman a hand." The crowd applauded for her.

He continued to dance for another 15 minutes - collecting money from the eager outstretched hands of his adoring fans. They stuffed them in every available place in his G-string. Some women even tried to stuff them in other places, which he would quickly divert. Finally the music was fading out and he knew his little exhibition was ending. As he was exiting the stage, he stopped again at Donna's table and reached for her hand. He gave her a gentle kiss to the top of it and placed it back on the table. She blushed and he smiled, looking at her out of the corners of his eyes as he continued his exit from the stage.

*****

By this time, the good old boys back at the restaurant were feeling no pain themselves. Robert had gotten some of the best porno flicks on the market. The chicks were really hot looking and did some terribly nasty things. Lucas had a hard on going that just wouldn't calm itself, as did more than half of the other fellows there. They were just getting ready to pop in the last video Robert brought.

*****

The girls enjoyed the acts of two more dancers before Donna got up and decided that they needed to have another shot. She was standing at the bar waiting to get the attention of the bartender when she felt a warm sensation at her back. Before she could turn around, a whisper of hot breath was in her ear.

"I just wanted to thank you for being such a willing participant in my act tonight. May I please buy you a drink?"

She whirled around, coming face to face with the handsome man who had picked her to join him on the stage earlier

"Thank you," she said shyly, "but I'm getting drinks for my two friends, as well."

"Please, let me get all three then."

"Oh, no! I wasn't asking . . ."

"No, please. It would be my pleasure. My name is Rodrigo." He grabbed her hand and kissed it, looking into her eyes the entire time. "And you are?"

"Donna," she replied, blushing.

Donna wondered what part of the country he was from. He spoke with such a heavy accent, making him sound sexy as well as look it. She blushed when his lips touched the skin on her hand. What is it about this man? she thought. I would go home with him in a heartbeat, if I could.

The bartender finally took her order and pored her three shots. Rodrigo ordered a vodka martini, with a twist and two olives. He followed Donna back to her table. The last dancer had just finished and there was a break in the music.

"Rachel, Michelle, this is Rodrigo. Rodrigo, my friends Rachel and Michelle."

Donna's two friends looked at each other is surprise. They never imagined that Donna would have brought one of the dancers back to the table. She was getting married in two weeks and had never been a big flirter to begin with. Why suddenly now?

Donna had been pondering the same question herself. She knew she was buzzed, and that this probably wasn't a good idea, but she just couldn't help it. She wanted to stare at him for a while longer. He was so beautiful. He set his drink down and pulled out Donna's chair for her to sit down in. He grabbed an empty chair from the next table and sat beside her. He lifted his drink up for a toast.

"To a good sport!" he said. The three girls lifted their glasses and said "here, here" and tossed down the shots.

*****

It was getting close to midnight and by now, every guy at Lucas' party was drunk and horny. They had finished watching all the tapes that Robert brought and even re-watched one that had been particularly hot and nasty. Lucas stared down at the permanent bulge in his pants and was thinking about Donna when Robert came up to him, slapped him on the back and interrupted his fantasy.

"Luke, old buddy, I think it's time now."

"Time? For what?"

"Well, man, let's just say it's time for the main attraction." He had a roguish look about him.

Lucas just smiled and picked up his beer and took another swig from the bottle. "Robert, you dog! What did that perverted little mind of yours go and plan?"

"You're going to find out, right now! Hey Bill?" he yelled across the room at another man who was standing next to a door. "Tell the whore, I mean woman that she's on now."

Bill nodded and knocked on the door. "Hey, lady, you're on!"

The lights went out once again and some sexy music soon started playing. The men were in for a real treat.

*****

Michelle's beeper went off at a quarter past midnight and she had left the table to use the payphone and Rachel was flirting with one of the cute bartenders for the past half hour or so. Donna had been completely swept up in Rodrigo's attention. She felt drawn to him and excused it as the result of one too many tequila shooters. They were sitting rather close to each other, leaning on the table, their heads nearly touched as they spoke, to compensate for the overpowering loud music.

Rodrigo took the toothpick with the olives and swirled it around his drink. He removed it and licked the liquor from the olives, noticing that Donna was watching him. A smile curved out of one corner of his mouth as he slowly and sensually ate the first olive. He heard Donna's breathing rapidly increase when he stopped to suck out the red pimento from the core of the second one, and then lashed his tongue out, curving the tip around the olive and sliding it down the toothpick into his mouth. He made a slight "Mmmm" sound as he did so.

She was shyly looking into Rodrigo's face, with her head tilted down slightly. She noticed his eyes move down towards her chest and it made her hot. She was startled when he reached for her. He picked up the pendant to look at it more closely.

"This is an unusual piece of jewelry," he commented.

"It came from Greece. It doesn't belong to me though." She looked away from his eyes momentarily and thought about Ares. The smile had left her face.

"It doesn't belong to you? Then why do you have it?"

She grabbed his hand and removed it from the pendant. "It's a long story. But I wear it because it's the only thing I have left to remind me of someone." She paused a second and sighed. "Someone special. But that's all in the past. We have both moved on now."

"You must have had strong feelings for this person." He twisted the hand she was holding and began to gently caress hers now. "Did you love him?"

Just then, Michelle returned to the table. Donna looked up at her, feeling relieved at the interruption.

"Is everything okay, Michelle?"

"That was Pete. Priscilla is really fussing and he can't seem to get her to calm down. He wanted to know when I would be home. I told him I would get there as soon as I could." She sighed and looked at her watch. Then she scanned the room to find Rachel.

"Well, we should probably go then. Besides, I'm sure the limousine is on an hourly rate, right?"

"Yeah, but that doesn't matter. This is your night, Donna."

Rodrigo butted in the conversation. "Your night for what?"

Michelle answered before Donna could open her mouth.

"This is her bachelorette party! She's getting married in two weeks." She smiled at the handsome man. Rodrigo picked up the slight tone of jealously in her voice. She had been bored for the past hour since both Donna and Rachel were occupied with the attentions of a man. Michelle, too, had been approached by couple of men herself this evening, but chose to brush them off rather that talk and flirt innocently. It was her own fault she felt this way. But now she had a good reason to go.

"MARRIED? Donna, why didn't you tell me this? Here I've been thinking that I've been dazzling you with my charms and good looks, only to find out I don't have a chance with you." He dropped his eyes, grimacing.

Donna suddenly felt awful. "I'm sorry, Rodrigo. To be honest about it, I completely forgot about the wedding tonight. I guess the atmosphere and the drinks may have helped a bit. I really didn't think . . . I didn't know . . . Oh, never mind! I am very sorry! And I have really enjoyed your company this evening." She turned to Michelle. "Go and tell Rachel that we're getting ready to leave." She stood to retrieved her cover up from the back of the chair as Michelle went to search of their friend.

Rodrigo stood up as well. He grabbed her hand and brought it to his lips.

"Well, Miss Donna who is to be married in two weeks, will you please at least dance one dance with me before you run off and ruin your life."

If he had not had a teasing smile across his face when he said that, Donna would have been insulted. Instead, she glanced around the room for the other two and could not see them, so she agreed.

"One - quick one!"

Rodrigo led her to the dance floor just as a slow, sexy song began. He pulled her against his gorgeous body and wrapped one arm around her back, the other held her hand. Donna's heart began to beat harder in her chest. The man smelled wonderful and she could feel the strength in his arms as he led her in their dance. His hips slowly swayed in a figure eight against her body. She took in a deep breath, trying to ignore the heat of attraction she could feel between them, and closed her eyes. He released her hand and moved his to join the other one around her back. She felt him lightly caressing her ass, and she slid her arms around his neck, then she heard him whisper in her ear.

"You could always change your mind, you know."

"Rodrigo!" she said in a disappointed tone of voice as she leaned back to look at his face. That was not what she wanted to hear right now.

"I'm sorry, Donna." He pushed her head down against his shoulder. "You are just so lovely, I can't help but think how wonderful we could be together. You can't blame me for wanting to make sweet, passionate love to you all night long." He tightened his embrace around her and stroked her hair.

Donna felt his desire burn through her body and it rivaled her own. She wanted this man to do just that to her. All night long, the entire next day, for an entire week straight, she thought. Her nipples hardened against his well-defined chest. Ares knew he was getting to her, tempting her to the edge of her control. Just a little further and she would be his, he thought. He ground his pelvis a little harder against her body and he felt her body tense up. He seductively whispered in her ear again.

"We could, at least, have tonight. You're not married yet! Come home with me, Donna."

She backed out of his embrace quickly and stood there, looking shocked.

He looked back at her. He wasn't smiling, but rather, looked quite serious, in an extremely sexy and seductive way. He stepped closer to her and put his hands on each of her cheeks, capturing her eyes. He kissed her. Just briefly, and then looked into her eyes again with lust and desire, then kissed her again. This time a long, deep, passionate kiss.

She offered no resistance to his advance and wrapped her arms around his neck and pulled him closer to her. His hands found her ass again, squeezing rather than caressing them this time. The passion between them was building beyond Donna's control. Suddenly she heard her name being called and it broke her from the spell that Rodrigo seemed to have her caught up in.

"Donna? DONNA!" It was Michelle. She had succeeded in locating Rachel and they were both ready to go. "Donna, come on! We have to go now." The jealously she felt rang through clearly now, although Donna had interpreted it more as anger or impatience.

"I have to go now. Thank you!" Donna reached up and caressed Rodrigo's face, then turned and quickly left the dance floor. Grabbing her things from the table without stopping, she practically ran out of the club. She hoped that he would not follow after her. When she got outside, Rachel had already summoned the limo and the door was open. She hopped in, sat down and closed her eyes. She was out of breath and wasn't sure if it was from running out of the club or Rodrigo's kiss. It didn't matter. She was glad to be out of there - sort of.

*****

Candy, the stripper, waited for just the precise moment in the music to make her entry. She was dressed as a nurse, and had her little black doctor bag of toys with her. She strutted out from behind the door and into the center of the circle that the men had made with their chairs. Lucas was sitting in his chair, but just within the circle, so that Nurse Candy would know who to administer her medical treatments to. There was a small table set up for her as she had requested. She set the medical bag on it.

Reaching in the bag, she pulled out a stethoscope, tongue depressor and some motion lotion. She playfully put the stethoscope around her neck and unbuttoned the first few buttons on her top to listen to her own heartbeat. She made sure that some of the lace of her bra showed as she offered a few of the men a chance to listen as well. Most of the fellows were already beyond the point of no return, howling and cheering and yelling at her to "take it off."

She moved back to the table and reached in the bag again, pulling out some gauze. She seductively danced her way over to Lucas and teased him a little by bending over in front of him so he could look down her top. He still had a major hard on going from the movies they watched earlier and this was doing nothing to help him forget it. He flashed an approving look at Robert. Robert knew the type of woman he was attracted to and he made sure this little nurse fit the description to the tee.

Nurse Candy danced around the back of Lucas' chair. She took both his hands behind and tied them to the chair with the gauze. Then, still standing behind him, she undid the first two buttons on his shirt and moved her heart scope to his chest, pressing her large breasts against the back of his head. Lucas growled and tried to turn his head to nibble, but she allowed nothing of the sort.

She moved away from him and back to the table where she put the stethoscope back into the bag. Her prerecorded set of music had just picked up the beat a couple of notches and she began to unbutton more of the white blouse she wore. Now it was undone to her waist and she removed the nurse's cap, letting long locks of copper colored hair fall down. Her hair had a bit more of a reddish color to it than Donna's did, and it was much longer, stretching nearly to her waist. Her ivory skin contrasted with the black lace bra and stocking she had on. The men were going wild for her and she played them very well. It was obvious that this woman was a pro.

She turned around and with her back to Lucas, wiggled out of her short white skirt and let it drop to the floor. Her stockings were held up by a garter and her black lace panties matched her bra. They were thong style, so Lucas had a great view of her luscious round ass.

*****

The limo had just dropped off Michelle at home. She had decided to pick up her car from Donna and Rachel's house in the morning, wanting to get home as soon as possible to help Pete with the baby.

"Well, Don, I think you had a pretty good time. That Rodrigo! Boy, he was a sexy one, ya?"

"Oh yeah! He sure was. Too sexy for me."

"What? He was just flirting with you, Donna. Trying to get lucky. I bet he tries to score with some chick every night. He is a man, you know."

"Yeah, you're probably right. But why did he have to pick me tonight?" Donna was frowning thinking about how badly she wanted him, knowing it could never happen.

"Hey, girlie, what's the frown for?"

"It's just that . . . I might have . . . He just kisses so damn good, Rachel. I would have jumped him if Michelle hadn't of shown up when she did. You didn't see, you were already in the car."

"Donna! You tramp!" Rachel teased. "I didn't think you had it in you."

"Neither did I and that's what bothers me. Rachel, tell the driver to take us to the pier. I really need to see Lucas."

"Oh, you don't want to see the old ball n' chain. You're just feeling guilty for wanting to bone some guy other than your honey."

"Please, Rach?" Donna pleaded. Rachel gave in and told the driver where to go next.

*****

Lucas had lost his shirt somewhere during the stripper's performance and was still tied to the chair. She had literally cut it from his body with a mock scalpel. She was back in her little bag again and pulled out a pair of latex gloves. She snapped them on, eyeing Lucas seductively and picked up the lotion from the table. She moved back to Luke and stood over him, holding the lotion up high. She drizzled it out over his chest and began to rub it into his chest with her latex covered hands. When it was gone, she unbuckled his belt. He started to protest, but she silenced him with a lustful kiss. Lucas didn't know that the stripper was also a hooker and Robert had paid her full price for a complete "service" and even threw in a little extra for doing it in front of an audience. She unzipped his pants and his erection tried to escape, but his briefs kept it in place.

She went back to the bag and got out a pair of medical scissors and enlisted the help of one of the other men in cutting her panties from her body. Then she removed her bra and tossed it at Lucas. She was naked, except for the garter belt, stockings and black high heel shoes. She was a sight! All the them agreed, no doubt, since each man had a aching bulge between their legs. She dropped to the floor and slowly crawled over to Lucas. When she reached him, she stayed on her knees and reached in his pants and stroked his cock. Lucas was surprised, but liked it. It had been such a long time since he had been touched by a woman and the couple of times he had tried with Donna, had only left him frustrated and needy. He figured he deserved the woman's attention, kicking around the thought that Donna may still be a tease even after they were married. Besides, she would never find out. Robert made sure all the men were sworn to secrecy.

Nurse Candy began therapy on Lucas' stiff cock with her mouth. Groans and whistles emerged from the surrounding crowd. Within minutes Lucas had spurted his hot cream and she let it flow out onto her face. Kissing and sucking and cleaning it off with her tongue. Lucas couldn't stop watching her suck his cock. His breath came in short gasps and he started to get hard again almost immediately. She rose and asked for two more chairs to be placed on each side of Lucas. Then she stood on the chairs, straddling Lucas and pushed her wet cunt into his face. Lucas went to town on her, wishing his hands were free so he could play with her big tits. By the time she had her fill, he was rock hard again. She kneeled on the chairs and impaled herself on his shaft.

*****

Rachel was already out of the limo and in the ladies room at Lucas' restaurant when Donna finally reached the entrance. One of the bartenders working there knew what was going on in the banquet room since he had replenished the beer twice that evening and had got an eyeful both times. He noticed Donna heading towards the door of the party.

"Excuse me, ma'am? You don't want to go in there. The ladies room is that way." He pointed in back towards the entrance. The restrooms were off of the lobby.

Donna had been so lost in her thoughts she didn't even hear the man speaking to her. Rachel did! She had come around the corner to find Donna. Feeling buzzed and bold, Rachel gets nosey.

"Oh yeah? Well why's that?" she said as she continued to follow Donna.

"There's a stag party going on in there. It's not the type of place for nice girls like you to be. Unless you're a naughty girl?" The bartender winked at Rachel in a flirtatious gesture. She smiled at him, becoming distracted by the man's cute smile. She stopped to talk to him.

Donna opened the door to the banquet room and was nearly overtaken by all the smoke in the room. Feeling no pain at the time, Donna had forgotten her cover up in the car and her tight black dress showed off her curvaceous shape. The men had gathered closer around Lucas to get a better view of the woman putting on her live fuck show. One really drunk guy saw Donna enter and moved to grab her. He stumbled her way and babbled.

"Look, fellows! Her friend showed up. Cumm'ere, baby! Show me what'cha got." He grabbed for Donna, but she moved too quickly and slid her way into the crowd between two other guys. She was standing behind Lucas' chair, frozen. She couldn't believe what she was seeing.

One of the men she had slipped past was now checking her out from behind. Her backless, short dress made her look extremely sexy to the excited man and he had heard the other guy say she was a friend of the hooker's. He pushed her into the middle of the circle by patting her rear end.

"Go on, you sweet, sexy thing. Why don't you join your friend out there. Don't be shy," he laughed.

He nearly knocked her over, he pushed her so hard. She caught herself before falling on her face. She also caught everyone's attention, including Lucas'. He had a look of shock and fear both in his eyes. Donna didn't have any expression; she only blankly stared at him.

"D, D, D, Donna? Wwwh, what are you doing here?" He tried to stand, forgetting he was tied to the chair. The hooker had quit riding him, but she still hadn't moved. She was throwing Robert a glance of confusion.

Donna didn't speak. Her eyes began to fill with water and she turned and pushed her way past the wall of men and ran out of the room. Lucas was struggling with the gauze and the chair.

"Someone - UNTIE these fucking things! And get off me, bitch!" He bucked his hips in an effort to get the hooker off his lap. She complied and his hands were free a moment later. He stumbled when he first stood up, feeling weak in the knees. Leaning against another man for support, he pulled himself together and started after Donna.

Donna had whizzed past Rachel in a fit of tears and was already outside and back in the limo. She had got in the passenger side door in the driver's cab. Still crying, she told the man to drive.

"What about your friend?" he asked.

"Just GO. You'll have to come back for her. Just drive now, PLEASE." She hit the dashboard on "please" and an eruption of tears and sobs came out.

"Okay, lady. Just calm down."

He drove. After a couple of blocks, Donna started taking in deep breaths to calm down. She asked him if he had any Kleenex and he gave her the handkerchief in his suit pocket. She dried her eyes and composed herself and sat there for a few moments.

"I'm really sorry about . . . this. I didn't mean to yell at you. Thanks for getting me away from there."

"Are you alright, ma'am?"

"Yeah, I think I'll be okay. Thanks. Listen; there is a Starbuck's up a few blocks on the corner. Drop me off there and then would you go back to get my friend?"

"Are you sure?"

"Un, huh." She handed him back his handkerchief.

"If that's what you want me to do. Okay."

He stopped and let Donna out of the car. Before she closed the door, she thanked the driver again and asked him to tell Rachel that she would just take a cab back to the apartment.

*****

It happened that this was the Starbuck's by Blue Bells Café. The same street where Ares' apartment used to be. She never did find out which building was his, since she never had seen it from the outside, but just knowing that it was on this street seemed to comfort her strangely. She was really confused - and still buzzed. There was a small divider wall in the front of one of the shops and she sat there to rest a moment. She hung her head in her hands and cried only finally stopping when she realized how cold she was. In nothing but her tiny dress, she began shivering.

Two Starbuck's employees had just locked the door and were leaving when one noticed Donna.

"Hey, are you alright?" a woman in her mid-forty's asked.

Donna nodded.

"Do you need a ride?"

She nodded again.

The two ladies collected Donna from the wall and took her home. One even walked her inside the building and waited for her to get in the elevator. She returned to the car and got back inside. She shook her head quickly.

"Carolyn, why'd we stop here again?"

"I don't know, Gayle. I can't remember why."

Ares waved his hand over the viewing mirror and the image disappeared. He was able to get Donna to the safety of her home without having to personally intervene. Lucky for him the two ladies were there!

CHAPTER SEVEN

Donna heard Rachel yelling as she approached the door to her apartment. She had hoped Rachel was home already, since she had left her purse and cover-up in the limousine and didn't have the key to get in.

"Dammit! I told you, I don't know where she is! And you should be out there looking for her since this is all your fault," Rachel accused. She narrowed her eyes at Lucas. "So typical of men to do this," she mumbled under her breath. She heard a knock at the door.

"Rachel, let me in. I don't have my key."

"Donna?" Rachel rushed to open the door. "Donna, I was so worried about you. Where in the hell did you go?"

"I just went for a walk. I had to get away for a little while."

"Donna, Lucas is . . ."

"I see him. Yes, I see you, Lucas. I really am not in the mood to talk to you right now. Rachel, did you get my purse and shirt from the limo?"

"Yeah, they're on your bed."

"Thanks, hun!" She hugged her roommate and kissed her cheek. "I'm going to bed now. Tell HIM to get lost." She glared at Lucas, who had not moved from where he was standing. Donna headed off to her room.

"Donna! Please, wait!" Lucas was calling after her now. "Please, we need to talk."

He sounded so pitiful that Donna stopped and turned around to face him. There was still a look of hurt in her eyes, but her face had anger in it as well now. "What?" she stated harshly.

Lucas caught up to where she was standing in the hall.

"Can we talk in private? Please?"

Donna absolutely hated when Lucas acted this way with her. The poor lost puppy dog kind of way. She had always thought he looked stupid when he did, since he was such a macho-looking guy. It just bothered her to no end. It was nothing like how Ares looked when he would pout. He would look sexy and she would give him his way. She just wanted to slap Lucas, especially now.

Without saying anything to Lucas, she turned and entered her bedroom, leaving her door open behind her as an indication for Lucas to follow. Lucas had never been in Donna's room before and he paused in the doorway, unsure of her intentions.

"Well? Are you going to stand there all night or TALK?" Donna plopped herself down on her bed.

Lucas entered and closed the door behind him. He could not look Donna in the face due to the overwhelming guilt he felt.

"Donna, you don't know how sorry I am. How very sorry I am. I don't know what else I can say to you other than I was completely out of line. Dead wrong. I'm so sorry, Donna. Really."

"I bet you are."

"Yes, I am. I truly am. The last thing I ever want to do is hurt you, Donna. You mean the world to me."

"Could'a fooled me," Donna mumbled under her breath.

"Really, Donna. I didn't have any idea that would happen. I didn't know the guys were bringing in a stripper."

"She was doing a little bit more to you than just stripping, Lucas."

"But, Donna, baby, it wasn't my fault! She tied me up and I couldn't do anything about it."

Up until then, Donna's facial expression was one of disconcert. But after Lucas had said that, her eyes flared up with raw anger and she stood abruptly.

"Oh please, Lucas! Spare me the sordid details, will you?"

"Oh, honey, I'm sorry." Lucas reached for Donna. She quickly moved away.

"Don't touch me! I don't want you touching me after you were with that SLUT. And in front of a roomful of people, too, your supposed friends. Boy, they must think your wife-to-be is a stupid idiot. Either that, or a real bitch for interrupting your good time party." Donna's words came out with much contempt. She had turned away from Lucas, and was rubbing Ares' necklace, looking at the pendant.

Lucas hung his head. He felt horrible and heartbroken. He knew Donna would never marry him now. After all this time, after finally finding her again, he had to go and screw it all up in one single night.

"Well, I just wanted you to know how very sorry I am for putting you through that. I hope, one day, you can you find it in your heart to forgive me? I'll go now." He turned and left the room. She didn't bother to turn back around. She was furious and hurt and really confused. She had some thinking to do.

*****

Ares had invisibly materialized in the corner of Donna's room before her and Lucas had even entered. He listened pleasurably to their entire conversation. He knew what had happened from probing Donna's mind, but he had unfortunately missed the big event, although he would have loved to have been there. He couldn't have been happier if he had planned it himself. But because he had not, it made the victory even sweeter! This had to be the event that he was told about. The event in Donna's life that would send her back into his arms again, into his life and into his bed! His cock stiffened in anticipation as he imagined loving her, touching her. He felt a strange warmth spreading from deep within. He excused it as excitement and disappeared.

Back in Greece, he paced the floor. Now, how should he approach Donna? Ares' head was swimming in possibilities. But one thought kept returning to his mind over and over. Don't do anything. Do nothing. Don't do anything.

"Don't do anything?" he said aloud. "It might take her months to find me here. What do you mean, don't do anything?" He wasn't quite sure to whom he was talking, or maybe he was talking to himself, knowing damn well that he should let destiny happen in its own time. The same thought returned even stronger again. Don't do anything . . . yet!

Yet? That was new. He smiled and decided to do nothing . . .yet!

*****

Donna got up to answer the door after the doorbell rang - again! She already knew who it was. It was the delivery guy from Victoria's Florists with another bouquet of long stemmed red roses. They were arriving every half hour since nine that morning. Each one with its corresponding note from Lucas, begging her to please meet with him. It was now 11:30 am, this was the sixth delivery.

"You know those aren't gonna stop coming until you call the man, Donna." Rachel called out from the kitchen.

"I know." She handed the pen back to the kid and took the flowers from him. "Thanks!"

"Yeah, right," he responded, waiving his hand like he was brushing off what she was saying. "I'll see you in thirty," he slipped in before walking away.

Donna closed the door and found a place to set the flowers down. She pulled the note from it and read it. The simple note made tears welt up in her eyes. It read: I only love you and I'm sorry.

Rachel came out of the kitchen. She looked at Donna and stopped.

"Oh, Donna! What are you going to do? It's obvious that he really feels badly about this. And you do too, by the looks of it." Rachel reached out and drew Donna into a hug. She shed a few tears. The heavy sobs had quit coming sometime during the night as everything settled in.

"Rachel, this whole situation is so weird. I have already been through this once with him. He did the exact same thing last time. The flowers and notes. It's like déjà vu. Only we're older now, and he wasn't just kissing another girl." She laughed to herself. "I'm going to go shower and get dressed. Can you get the noon delivery?"

"Sure, you go ahead."

"Thanks."

Donna took her time in the shower, trying to get rid of a raging headache she had. Last night was something of a turning point in her life and she had a serious decision to make about Lucas. She realized this morning that she was not really in love with Lucas. She had only been fooling herself, probably as an unconscious effort to prove to the smug God of War that he was wrong. Even now, as she thought about it, the idea appealed to her.

Boy, was she ever a contradiction of emotions when it came to Ares. Loving him one moment, hating him the next. Yes, she knew now that she did not really love Lucas. She just didn't want to be alone for the rest of her life. She knew it the moment her lips touched Rodrigo's. She desired another man! She couldn't love Lucas if she still desired another. She decided to go and meet with Lucas.

*****

An hour later she arrived at Lucas' house. He looked like hell when he answered the door, completely taken by surprise at Donna's arrival. His buddy Robert was there, trying to give Lucas some support. He didn't feel much better about any of this since he was the one responsible for hiring the hooker to begin with. He didn't really know Donna that well, and hadn't thought about how she might feel about his little gift to the groom-to-be. Lucas let Donna in and Robert walked over to her pleading on his friend's behalf.

"Donna, this is all my fault. Lucas didn't even know what was happening. I told her to tie him up and not to quit no matter what he said. Really, this is my fault entirely. Lucas would never have willingly participated if he hadn't of been forced into it."

"I know," Donna said, half smiling. She had forgiveness in her eyes. She did still care about Luke.

"You do?" Lucas responded questionably.

"Yes. I understand. I know you're a good man, Lucas. You deserve a good woman, too. And I'll always love you, no matter what."

Donna was setting him free, but Lucas, whose blood was wildly pumping through his body since Donna arrived on his doorstep, had misunderstood her intention. He thought she was accepting his apology and that she still loved him. He picked her up and twirled her around while hugging her.

"Oh, Donna. Thankyou thankyou thankyou! You don't know how happy I am that you forgive me. I'll never do anything to upset you again. I promise! Oh, baby, I love you so much."

Lucas was ecstatic! Donna saw the joy shining through his eyes and her heart sank. She couldn't tell him what she really meant now or he would be devastated. He really did love her and she cared about him too. She was having second thoughts about calling off the wedding. Everything was already done: she had her dress, the arrangements were handled, flowers ordered, everything. She could do worse! She smiled sadly at Lucas. He moved to kiss her, but she stopped him.

"I have to go now, Luke. I don't think we should see each other again until the wedding day. Okay? I think that will do us both good. I'm still hurt, Lucas, but I forgive you." How could she not? She would have done the same thing with Rodrigo if the God of War had not cursed her for life. "I still need some time to get over this," she told him as she headed for the front door.

*****

Ares was blasting everything in his line of vision in an insane fit of anger. He had been looking in the viewing mirror and had just heard Donna telling her roommate that she had decided to go ahead with her and Lucas' wedding plans. Ares' rage erupted so quickly to her statement, that he did not see the apparent look of doubt in her eyes as she spoke. After there was nothing left in the temple to destroy, he finally began to calm down.

"I can't believe that she is still going to marry that jerk - that mortal! Well, if she is going to be THAT stupid, after catching him red-handed, then she deserves him." He was pacing the floor again, talking to no one in particular. He found himself doing this quite a bit since he had returned to Greece.

Ares was at his wits end. He had done everything over the past two and a half years to get Donna to comply with her destiny. He chased her half way around the world, kidnapped her, tortured her, and seduced her. He had used deception, blackmail, death threats, even kindness at times - still, nothing had worked. He sat down on his throne and put his head in his hands.

"That's it, I can't do this anymore. I give up! DO YOU HEAR ME? I GIVE UP!" He lifted his head and yelled at the ceiling. He felt empty . . . and lonely. He sat there thinking for a long time, finally coming to the conclusion that destroying the world sounded like a good way to keep himself busy for the next millennia. He rose and decided to go and build an army. An army of computer geeks. It was, after all, modern times now.

*****

Two weeks later, Donna stood with her father in the foyer of the church. Rachel and Michelle had already started down the aisle with the groom's party. She nervously rocked, shifting her weight from one foot to the other.

"How do I look, Dad? Is my veil on straight?"

Vern could tell how nervous she was from how quickly she was talking.

"Honey, you look radiant! You have never looked more beautiful, or more like your mother." He smiled and kissed his daughter's cheek.

She did look radiant. Her long flowing white wedding dress had a low cut bodice and was accented with lace and pearls. Her beautiful copper colored hair was loosely curled around her face and her simple makeup and French-manicured fingernails gave her a very natural appearance.

She heard the organist giving her the cue for her entry by the music. As "The Wedding Precession" echoed throughout the church, Donna and her father took the first steps down the aisle towards Lucas. All the guests stood as she walked towards the altar to join her new life long partner.

But even as much as this was her fairy tale come true, she still kicked around the thought of whether or not she was making the right choice. Each step closer to Lucas meant one more chance to change her mind had just passed. When she and her dad finally reached the altar, she sighed in relief, feeling that she almost didn't make it. Lucas looked at her funny, but then thought she was probably just having a case of the jitters.

The priest started the service. After a few prayers and introductory words, he asked, "Who is giving this woman today?"

Vern answered, "I am," and he put Donna's hand in Lucas' hand and gently patted his son-in-law to be on the back.

Donna and Lucas exchanged the traditional vows and Donna's voice cracked nearly the entire time she spoke. It was good luck for her that the priest said the vows first, and then the bride or groom repeats the words, because Donna would not have been able to recall them from memory at that point. Her mind was spinning, as she became more and more aware of the fact that this was a HUGE mistake. She should not be here. She didn't want to be here. But she couldn't walk out on Lucas. Not now, not here. Lucas put the ring on her finger and she did the same to his. Then the priest spoke again, following the usual wedding format.

"If there is anyone present, who knows why these two people should not be united in Holy matrimony, speak now or forever hold your peace." The priest paused a moment and then continued.

"I now pronou . . ."

"I DO," a deep voice came from within the crowd of people in the pews. Almost everyone had the same reaction: they gasped in surprise.

"Did somebody say something?" the priest asked, searching the faces of the guests to see if he had heard correctly.

A tall, well built man dressed in a white tuxedo with a black tie stood up to make his presence known. His shoulder-length, curly, dark brown hair shined as beautifully as the sun did through the stained glass windows and his dark eyes immediately found Donna's, locking their gaze to her.

"I said I DO!" Ares moved towards the center aisle, stepping past the people sitting in his row.

Lucas looked confused. Just who in the hell is this? He thought he knew all of Donna's friends, and this was definitely someone he had not met.

Donna was frozen in place, staring at the God with her mouth dropped open in shock. The last thing she expected was to see Ares, but then she wondered why she was so surprised. This was Ares, God of War. That sexy, obsessed, sexy, heartless, sexy lunatic who had caused her so much (sexy, sigh) grief in the recent past. Damn, if he didn't look sexy, too! As Ares approached them, his eyes never left Donna's. Her heart beat heavily in her chest and she hadn't realized a small smile was curving from the corners of her mouth.

"Who is he? Who are you, sir?" the priest asked.

"That is not important. What is important is that Ms. Clark, here, has not been honest with her fiancée."

"What? What's he talking about, Donna? How does he know you?" Lucas was talking to Donna, but he didn't break the glare he was giving this stranger.

"Go on, Donna. Tell him the truth about how you really feel. Tell him about the love in your heart," he said smugly. Ares always did enjoy playing the antagonist.

Donna looked at Lucas, and then to Ares. She dropped her head and was silent.

"Donna? Tell me what's going on," Lucas pleaded. "Who is HE?"

She still didn't say anything, nor did she look up. She could feel Ares' eyes burn across her skin, warming her soul. He was silently calling to her, to her heart, mind, body and soul. She knew it was with him that she belonged. And even if she had not been destined to him, she wanted to go with him anyway. She loved him, not Lucas. She always did, but she let her stupid independence and stubbornness tell her otherwise. Now she was stuck in this mess of a situation and she felt awful that it had gone as far as it did.

Ares grew impatient. Breaking his gaze from Donna, he looked to Lucas and shrugged.

"Maybe I was mistaken. Sorry to have interrupted."

He turned and started walking towards the door. The entire church watched him, astounded that someone actually had the audacity to speak up like he just had.

Donna suddenly felt cold and empty as soon as Ares had stopped looking at her and began to leave. With her head still down, she looked at the ring Lucas had just placed on her finger a moment ago and removed it. She looked up to him, and with tears forming in her eyes; she took his hand and placed the ring in his palm.

"I'm sorry, Lucas. He's right. I can't go through with this. I don't love you that way. I am sorry." She glanced down the center row looking for Ares, but he had already reached the door and walked out of the church. She grabbed the skirt of her dress with both hands and started running down the aisle after him.

"Donna? Donna, WAIT," Lucas reached for her, but she was already too far away. She got to the door and stopped just outside of it, frantically searching the grounds for Ares. He was nowhere in sight. Thinking he must have made himself disappear, her heart sank and her shoulders slumped forward. A sullen look of disappointment found her face. She was sure he was gone now - this time for good.

A familiar, deep voice came from almost directly behind her, startling her to the point where she let out a tiny scream. Her entire body shook with arousal at the sound.

"It's about time you got here!" Ares said, with a huge shit-eating grin on his face. He was back in his black leathers and was casually leaning against the wall with his arms crossed and one foot crossed over the other. "Do you realize how long you have made me wait?"

She looked shyly at him, unable to hold back a smile of utter delight. She was so relieved to see him and glad that he had not left her behind.

"You really had me going there for a while, Donna. I thought you were actually going to go through with it. You would have, too, if I hadn't of shown up when I did. Talk about good timing, huh?" he teased her. He let his eyes drop down her body and then back up again with a seductive smirk. "My, my, Donna. You do look delicious!"

She blushed, suddenly becoming very aware of her building desire for him. "You're impossible, Ares!" She smiled at him, tilting her head slightly to the side and partially closing one eye.

"I know! And you love it!"

"No. But I love you." The smile was gone from her face and was replaced by a sweet and sexy seriousness in her eyes.

Ares looked back with the same seriousness. He could no longer fight the burning need to touch her. He stepped forward and took her face in his hands and kissed her deeply, possessively. They disappeared.

CHAPTER EIGHT

They had reappeared in his temple in Greece, on a huge round bed. She was lying beneath him, fully clothed in her wedding attire. They were still engaged in a kiss. When she realized that they were somewhere else, she stopped and turned her head to look around. She had never been here before.

"Where are we?"

"In one of my temples in Greece, my love." He moved to kiss her again, but she shot straight up into a sitting position, causing him to roll off her onto one side. He propped his head up on a hand, bent at the elbow.

"Greece? You took me all the way to Greece?"

"Where did you think I would take you? Disneyland?"

She chuckled at his response. "I'm just a little stunned, that's all. One moment I'm in sunny California and the next moment I'm half way across the globe. It can make a girl's head spin a little."

Ares reached out and ran his hand over her thigh, smoothing out the material of her pretty dress. She didn't notice, still lost in the thought of what had just happened. She softly mumbled to herself.

"Oh, boy! Dad's gonna kill me. Not to mention Rachel and Michelle."

Ares got up from the bed and looked her over. He was feeling ignored because she wasn't giving him all of her attention at the moment, and he would not settle for anything less.

"Forget about them right now. You'll see them again soon enough. I'm not planning on locking you away for all eternity or anything like that."

She looked up at him, somewhat surprised. That certainly was the sentiment last time they were in Greece together. He wasn't going to let her leave then and she didn't have a choice about it either. That's why she had chained him up and ran out on him.

She became a little uneasy as she thought about the events of her vacation. So much had gone on between then and now. She knew she was doing the right thing now, fulfilling her destiny, and she was with the one she truly loved. Then why was she feeling so nervous right now?

Ares studied her face with his big, beautiful eyes, and could pick up on her uneasiness without probing her thoughts. He sat down beside her on the bed, picked up her hand and gently stroked it.

"Donna, you don't know what it means to me, to finally have you by my side again. And of your own choice." He noticed her expression still did not change. "You are here by your own choice, right? I mean, I didn't force you! You came after me this time."

Ares' words seemed to shake Donna from her deep thoughts. She turned towards him and slipped her arms around his neck.

"Of course I'm here of my own choosing, baby. There is no one else for me, but you," she told him and kissed his cheek.

Ares viewed her through half-shut eyes. He ran a hand through his hair and tilted his head to the side.

"I don't know about that, Donna. Maybe you need some time to think about it. Being with the God of War is not always easy. I'm a very jealous God. And once you tell me that you are mine, there is no changing your mind. Are you sure you can handle it?" He teased her, with a mischievous smile on his face and a sparkle in his eye.

Donna got up and straightened out her dress. She moved to stand directly in front of him and looked seriously into his eyes.

"I'm sure you're the one, Ares. And I can prove it to you, too."

He raised his eyebrows in a questioning look, looking up at her through his thick, dark eyelashes.

"I have something I want to give you." She lifted her left leg and placed it on the bed beside his hip. His gaze dropped instantly and fixed on the hidden area between her thighs. He grinned naughtily. She reached for his chin and directed his eyes back to her.

"Not that, silly! This . . ." She reached down and lifted the material of her dress to expose her leg and reveal the elastic garter belt, the kind that the groom usually removes from his new bride at the wedding reception and tosses it into a crowd of men.

Ares "hummed" softly at her show of a body part and the pretty lace stocking covering it. She seemed to be draped from head to toe in sexy little feminine accessories. No wonder these mortals were so fond of weddings! His desire for her rose even higher.

She reached down and slid the garter from her leg. Carefully woven within it was a silver and black leather braided chain with a pendant. She removed it and tossed the elastic band over her head. She put her foot back on the floor again.

"I think this belongs to you." She dangled it in front of him. Ares looked pleasingly surprised.

"You mean to tell me that you had that on you the entire time?"

"Uh huh."

"You hid my necklace on your body, while you were standing in front of a priest, who serves another God, and vowed your commitment to another man?"

"Yep!"

"Donna Clark!" Ares eyes flashed her an approving look. The thought that he meant so much to her, that she would keep a momentum hidden on her body on her wedding day turned him on to no end. Not to mention that it was sneaky. What more could he desire from his mortal Destiny? She was smart and beautiful, and devious, too! He winked at her. "You - Bad Girl, you!"

"Yeah, well, what can I say? I just couldn't get you out of my mind. I never have been able to, Ares." She put the necklace around his neck and pushed his face into her bosom so she could latch it in the back. "There! Back where it belongs."

Ares did not let the opportunity to nuzzle her breasts pass by. His hands found her waist and he pulled her closer into him. His full lips felt warm and soft and her skin tingled wherever they touched her. Immediately, her body flinched as he caused her nipples to harden with sexual arousal. She closed her eyes as her head fell back. All of her thoughts were flooded with him and she couldn't help moaning in need.

Ares could feel the waves of energy coming from her. He growled softly as he playfully bit her nipple over the material of her dress. His excitement peaked and he rolled backwards on the bed, taking Donna along. She howled at the sudden move and they both laughed. She was now lying on top of him. She stopped and gazed lovingly at his face. It felt right to be in his arms. As mad as she could get at him, as impossible as he is, she had never felt so happy, so alive, then when she was with Ares.

She leaned in and lightly touched her lips to his. She was so anxious to be with him, she wanted to force herself inside and devour him, but she didn't; taking all of her self-control not to do so. She stayed still; her mouth was slightly parted as she waited for her God to claim her lips as his. She was ready to give of herself completely. I am here, my Lord, she thought, you need only take me. Claim what has always been yours.

Ares' hypnotic, dark eyes captured hers as he sent a thought whirling through her mind. And don't you ever forget it. He pushed his mouth against hers and his tongue circled around the inside of her lips, forcing her to open further. He quickly rolled sideways on top of her, allowing some of his weight to hold her in place. He hesitated, pulling back to take in the sight of her and slid a hand behind her neck and caressed her cheek with his thumb. He returned to her mouth and took possession of her, merging with her soul. Warmth spread through his entire body as his spirit was nourished by the love he felt as they engaged in their sensual and passionate kiss.

His cock began to throb as he rolled his hips and pressed his hard muscle against her. She shuttered in response. He let his strong hands flow over her body freely, and fondle her breasts or caress her hip. He was making her so excited that she could hardly stand it. The anticipation was worse than any torture he had ever inflicted on her in the past. She suddenly grabbed the hair on both side of his head and looked at him. She was out of breath, almost hyperventilating.

"Take me NOW, Ares, please. I can't wait. I need you NOW."

He couldn't help gloating. His male ego had swelled just enough to where he couldn't ignore it if he tried. She was begging him - finally!

"What was that, my love? I couldn't quite hear what you said," he teased.

"I said TAKE ME NOW. Oh God, please, Ares. I'm begging you - I need you, baby."

Ah! Sweet music to my ears! With a thought, they were both naked and he heard her whisper "oh, yes" through an exhaled breath.

"Anything for you, my love," he said seductively as he plunged his hard, throbbing cock inside of her. Within seconds, she was crying and writhing beneath him. She came harder than he had ever known her to before. Even while he held still inside of her, her body buckled and her pussy convulsed around him. She was completely open to him, holding nothing back, and all of her emotions floated to the surface. She was so sensitive, so vulnerable, that her body responded sensually to his every touch. Ares looked pleased, almost pretentious. He knew that she had freely given herself to him - freely and entirely. He had waited so long for this moment.

He leaned in and kissed her then his lips wandered across her face to an ear, tickling it with his tongue. She giggled and rubbed her head against his. He snarled playfully and then ran his wet lips slowly and seductively down the side of her neck, driving her wild with desire. He supported his upper body with his arms and swirled his tongue around her areola until he softly sucked in her erect nipple, gently squeezing it between his teeth. He began moving within her again. His large cock became even harder as her muscles contracted around it. She moaned softly as he caused sweet delight to engulf her entire body.

His swollen and engorged muscle slid in and out of her with ease, as her pussy was already flooded with wetness. She opened her legs more to increase his depth into her. He pulled his upper body back so he could see her entire body as he fucked her. Her cunt was oozing with every plunge he made, and she had her lips drawn in tightly and was breathing like a woman would during natural childbirth. Short and fast, pushing her lips outward with her eyes closed, and then her mouth would open in a silent scream. She was in total ecstasy, and he wanted to keep her there forever.

"Mmmnnn," he groaned from deep in his throat. He wasn't going to hold back much longer. Now that she was his, he didn't have to. He would be able to make love to her twenty times a day if he wanted to. And he wanted to. He would never be able to get enough of what she could give him.

His eyes moved from her face down the rest of her body, followed by his hands. He watched his perfect cock withdraw and re-enter her perfect pussy and his whole body tingled with excitement. His thumb found her clit and he quickly caressed it, causing her cunt to tighten around his pulsing shaft.

"Oh . . .oh . . . God! ARES!"

She was cumming again, her body twisted and jerked on the bed as he watched. Sweat ran down his temples and his attention was drawn back to his cock, which was beginning to tense with his own orgasm. His balls became hard and he felt them slap against her ass with each thrust inside of her.

"Baby," he said softly to her and she opened her eyes. "I'm going to cum, baby. I'm going to cum and I want to spray it all over you."

She gave him a sexy, nasty look, smiled and nodded. That look was all he needed to send delicious shivers of lust throughout his whole body. His hips bucked violently and he grabbed his rippling cock and pulled it out of her. It was shining with her juice; making it easy for him to stroke it and make his seed shoot farther than normal. His hot cum splattered from her pelvis all the way to her tits, a drop or two even landed on her neck. She immediately began to rub her tits with his cream. That look of sheer ecstasy had never left her face.

When he had squeezed the last drop of cum from his cock, he fell forward on top of her, kissing under her chin and around the side of her neck, until his lips finally came to rest upon hers. They didn't move for a long time, kissing all the while. Both satisfied but neither seemed to have had their fill of the other.

Suddenly, Donna's stomach grumbled so strongly that Ares could feel it beneath him. They broke out in laughter while their lips were still attached to one another. He lifted his head to look at her. Donna noticed something different in his eyes - a brightness. He seemed happy, genuinely happy, maybe even content.

"Someone's hungry," he said in good spirits.

"Well, maybe a little," she said shyly. "What about you?"

A light look of misbehavior crossed his face.

"You bet! But not for food. I want eat you up, you delicious vixen, you!" He nuzzled in her neck and gave her a few love bites. She giggled and tried to push him away, only succeeding when he thought she had enough. "Come on." He stood and extended his hand for her. In a thought they were both clothed in black silk robes and he led her from his chambers.

"Where are you taking me, Ares?"

"I want to show you something. A little project I put together to keep myself busy while I was waiting for your arrival."

She smiled inwardly. He never had given up the idea that they would be together again, one day. The thought warmed her.

"What mischief have you been getting yourself into, Mr. God of War?"

"You'll see!" He took her out into the hall and down the corridor to another door. He opened it only far enough to fit his head through. "See?"

She popped her head in the opening as well. It looked like an office. There was a big conference table in the center of the room, and at least a dozen partitioned desks surrounding it. Telephones were ringing and she could smell a fresh pot of coffee brewing. It bustled with busyness. One young man, wearing "Clark Kent" style, dark framed glasses rose from his computer and walked to the coffee area. He noticed Ares and Donna observing.

"Hi, Boss," he said with a crooked smile. "Almost done with that cost analysis report you wanted."

"Good, Richard. We will meet on it tomorrow morning. I'm . . . busy for the rest of the afternoon."

The young man smiled knowingly. He saw how Ares had eyed Donna when he said he was "busy."

"Okay, see you tomorrow." He turned and went back to his desk.

Ares closed the door. Donna wasn't quite sure what to think about this. It looked to her that Ares had started a business.

"That's exactly what I've done," he answered her, already reading her thought.

"A business! What kind of business?"

"Computer software! Those guys in there are part of my research and software development group." He pointed to another door further down the hall. "That's where the sales and marketing departments are, and customer service is connected on the other side. Bookkeeping and finance are on the other side of the temple. I think I'm up to over fifty employees now."

Donna was dumbfounded. She couldn't believe that he could get together such a large company in the little time he had been back in Greece.

"They are all regular people? You know, human?"

"Yep. They applied for the jobs and were interviewed by yours truly." He bowed slightly, with his hand on his chest.

It all seemed to soak in quickly and it really didn't surprise Donna that much. She knew he was capable of just about anything. And she was proud that he had put to good use, all the things she had taught him about the computer. She smiled at him and her eyes shined brightly.

"I'm so proud of you. What is the name of your company?"

"New Olympus Software Corporation."

"You're incorporated already! You are certainly a man of action."

He grabbed her around the waist and pulled her tightly to him. He ran one hand over her head and down the length of her hair.

"I am full of action, baby!" There was seduction in his voice again. He kissed her, lifting her off of the ground and headed back to his bedchambers. She had her arms wrapped around his neck and when she noticed where he was taking her, she leaned back to look at him.

"I thought you were going to feed me?"

"I am. Just go sit on the bed, I'll be back in a flash." He disappeared.

Donna walked over to the bed and climbed into the middle. Ares had returned before she was even situated. He had a large silver platter of food in one hand and champagne in the other. He set down the tray on the bed and then popped the bottle of bubbly.

"Where are the wine glasses?" Donna asked.

"Don't need any!"

"You don't?"

"Not if I'm drinking it out of your belly button, I don't." He climbed on the bed towards her with a huge grin, moving his eyebrows up and down. Then he heard her stomach rumble loudly again. "Oh, but first, you need to eat something." He set the bottle on the tray and picked up a bowl of gorgeous, succulent strawberries and fluffy whipped cream.

He told Donna to lie back against the pillows and he propped himself up at her side. He rested the bowl of fruit on top of her stomach. Taking hold the green top of a berry, he scooped up a ball of whipped cream and brought it to her mouth. Her tongue lapped the cream off first and then she bit off half the berry. Ares watch as pink juice ran to the corners of her mouth and disappeared.

"That was so erotic to see, Donna. Whoa! Here eat another one." He quickly retrieved another berry, but he scooped more whipped cream on this one, some getting on his finger and thumb. She ate this one the same way, slowly licking the white fluff off the berry and then his fingers. When her wet, warm tongue made contact on his skin, it sent shivers straight to his groin and he said "Mmmm", instead of her. She bit into this berry as well, but didn't take as much.

Ares thought, and both their robes were gone. He took the strawberry and rubbed it in a circle on her nipple, making the pink of her flesh become rosier. He bent his head down and covered it with his mouth, sucking it clean. Her body reacted at his touch with a quick jolt.

He reached for the champagne and ran the cold bottle up one of her legs. He held it up over her head and told her to open wide. Her eyes widened as she realized he was about to pour some in her mouth. He pored a little bit in and let her swallow, then did it again.

"Good?" he asked. She nodded. Then he pored some in her belly button. It was cold and she wiggled, but he had enchanted the liquid so it would stay where he pored it. He hovered over her body on his hands and knees and kissed her lips briefly then moved down her body, taunting each nipple and running his tongue down between her breasts until his reached the small pool of liquid. He slurped it into his mouth, tickling her slightly. He took the bottle once more and drizzled some more in her belly and then streamed it down and let it flow over her pussy.

Donna gasped in surprise as she felt the cold liquid roll over her clit and drip between the folds of her pussy lips. Ares looked at her and licked his lips in anticipation as he set the bottle aside. He moved back to the small pool in her belly button and sucked it from her body. Then he continued to lick up the trail he made that led between her legs.

His tongue felt like fire, contradicting the sensation of the cold, wet champagne. Her body started to shake uncontrollably the closer he got to her nether region. He crawled between her legs and got comfortable. Teasing her, he blew across her cunt and she shivered, her pussy juices began to flow in her excitement. He bent her knees and slipped his arms through the gap it created between the bed and her body, placing a hand on the outside of each of her thighs.

"Oh, baby, I am going to enjoy drinking your sweet cocktail," he cooed to her and moved his head in to part her nether lips with his tongue. She moaned immediately and scooted her bottom further into his face. His velvet tongue found her sensitive knob and lashed at it furiously. He held her tightly in place by the thighs as she wrenched and trembled from his actions. His tongue slid down the length of her wet slit and found the entry place of her womanhood. He drew his tongue into a roll and plunged it inside of her, causing more of her thick cum juice to escape. Her breathing started to become quick draws of air and she kept whispering his name.

"Oh Ares, Ares, oh God, Ares, oh my Lord, Ares," was all she could mumble through her whines of enjoyment. He moved back to her clit and grazed it with his teeth and lightly pinched it between them. He enclosed his lips around the nub and sucked her wildly, sending her body over the edge and into a fit of convulsing elation. She tried to wriggle away from him, unable to take his pleasurable torture any longer.

"Please, please stop, Ares. I can't take any more," she pleaded. He lifted his head to look at her, his chin shiny from her orgasm. He crawled on top of her and kissed her. She could taste her juices on his lips and it turned her on again. She felt the warmth flooding between her legs again as he delved his tongue in and around her mouth and groaned deeply.

"Mmmmm, baby. You've got my dick hard as a rock. Now tell me what should I do with it?"

Donna knew what he wanted her to do. He liked hearing her talk nasty to him as much as she liked it.

"Ummmm, I think you should fuck my hot little pussy with that huge cock of yours. It's been such a bad pussy and it needs a good hard fucking." He pressed his erect cock to her cunt, but did not enter her. He continued to tease her.

"Is that what you want, my sweet Destiny? You want your Lord and Master to fuck you and bring you the kind of pleasures only a God can give? Do you want me to consume your body in total ecstasy?"

His words were a call of seduction to Donna. She closed her eyes and melted beneath him, he was so hot and sexy sounding. She could barely speak, but managed to get out one word.

"Yes," it was barely a whisper.

He pushed his cock into her wet hole and her body arched up into him, pushing her breasts against his body. The soft hairs on his chest tickled her nipples and she cried out for more. He kept a slow pace, and seemed more interested in watching Donna respond to him than engaging in his own satisfaction. She was a beautiful sight to behold, and the more she looked to be enjoying herself, the harder his cock swelled within her.

Her hips began to meet his pace and urged him to move faster. She was reaching her peak and he could feel her pussy tighten and release, again and again, each time building up speed. Suddenly, he stopped and her eyes flew open to find his. He kissed her possessively, taking part of her soul and replacing it with part of his own. They were connected now, for life, and that was how it was supposed to be. She wiggled her lower body as an indication for him to resume. She had been so close to cumming and did not want him to stop.

"Please, Ares, more," she begged.

"Tell me who you belong to, Donna. I want to hear you say the words and then I'll make you cum like you never have before in your life."

She paused and looked seriously into his eyes. "I serve only one God. My Lord, Ares. The God of War. I am his, and his alone."

Those words drove Ares wild with passion. He began pumping her fully and then he waved a hand over her body and sent her reeling into another dimension. She had never felt such ultimate sexual freedom, her entire body dangled on the edge of sanity as each thrust made her head whirl in ecstasy. When he finally slowed down, her voice was raspy from her constant screams.

"I want to cum in your mouth. I want you to suck my seed from me and drink it down while I watch you."

"Okay," she said in a half daze. He could have asked her to jump off a cliff and she would have willingly agreed, she was still in the clouds. Her body was tingling and she thought she might be in a dream. Her mind was consumed in everything that was the God of War. A smug smile curved on one side of his mouth, as he knew she was still lost in the sexual bliss he had given her.

He resumed gliding his cock in and out of her wet mound a few more times and then withdrew and rolled onto his back. She wasted no time finding his perfect erection and enclosed her mouth around the purple, swollen head and squeezed the base with one hand. Her tongue slid over the top and moved to the backside under the rim of the mushroomed tip. Finding that loose piece of sensitive skin, she flicked her tongue over it quickly. His dick twinged at her touch and she stroked the length upward with her hand. She sucked on it powerfully and pulled her head from him, causing a fierce suction that ended with a "pop" when her lips finally slid off. She darted her tongue out and ran it down the entire length of his hard, long shaft, whispering how good it tasted. Her fingers moved under his balls and gently played with them, causing him to feel even more stimulated.

"Oh, Donna, no one can suck my cock like you can." He ran his hands through her hair and down her back. His hips started to rock and thrust upward as she took as much of his cock in her as possible. He couldn't stand it any longer. He pushed her head further down his cock. He wanted all of it inside her.

She already knew that's what he liked, so she had been ready when he abruptly changed her pace and his cock easily slipped past her throat, allowing the entire size of him to enter. Within seconds of watching her take it all in, he came. She felt the heat of the blood rushing through his dick and began to suck his cream from it, drinking everything he let out.

"Oh, what a fucking sight, Donna. That's right, drink it all up, baby. Suck me. You are so fucking hot." He was so turned on from watching her, and his words had the same effect on her. She had one hand on his cock, stroking it, and the other moved to her pussy and fingered her clit. She got off again as she sucked the last of his sticky cum from his spent cock. She collapsed in place, her head resting on his leg and she was out of breath.

"That was the best sex I ever had!" she sighed.

He pulled her limp body into his arms and rested her head on his chest. They fell into a peaceful sleep; both knowing each was exactly where they wanted to be, and fulfilling their destiny, as it had been written in the ancient text many, many years ago.
